Study On The Current Situation Of Physical Education Training For Students Of Demonstration High Schools In Huaibei City

The foundation of national sports development is integrated talent cultivation of sports.Integrated talent is required to have strong sport quality and abundant theoretical knowledge of sports.The enrollment of institutes for higher physical education,as one of the approaches to select integrated talent in our country,asks for the double-standard.Students of physical education in senior high school become one of the sources of institutes enrollment for higher physical education.Academic record of general knowledge course as well as sports class is important factor for one who wants to be admitted to these institutes.High school period is the golden time for students of physical education to learn basic disciplinary knowledge1,cultivate cultural literacy and enhance sports performance.How to promote coordinated development between learning and training at present is the key problem for sports talent cultivation.This paper takes the status quo of learning and training of Huaibei exemplary sports students as the studying object,and takes sports students from eight key high schools in Huaibei and coaches as respondents.Through consulting pertinent literature of domestic and overseas situation of reserve personnel training,learning and training,and management of sports students,data compilation and analysis of learning and training situation from eight key high schools in Huaibei is conducted in this paper by various research methods,including literature review method,field observation method,interview method,questionnaire method mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method.The results of the study are as following:1 There are two sources of sports students in Huaibei Demonstration High School: one is to enter high school through sports specialty,the other is to volunteer to join the training team in the middle of high school.2 The organizational mode of physical education students in demonstration high schools in Huaibei City is divided into parallel classes and separate classes.Physical education students lack interest and enthusiasm in learning cultural classes.They only grasp the basic learning methods of cultural classes.They have not formed good learning habits and need to improve their self-study ability.3 Huaibei demonstration high school sports students in school training time arrangement is more reasonable,training time can basically ensure the implementation of the training plan;sports students' training attitude is more positive,but lack of awareness of active training during vacation time;sports students' training load is moderate,training forms are mainly collective training,group training and individual training forms are less.4 The sex ratio of coaches in Huaibei demonstration high school sports students is quite different;only a few coaches with bachelor degree or above have sports grade;coaches have rich training experience;coaches have fewer opportunities for professional training and further education;and coaches' incentive mechanism for team training is not perfect.5 Huaibei demonstration high school sports students and coaches have a better understanding of the relationship between learning and training;schools pay less attention to sports students;school venues and equipment basically meet the daily training needs of sports birthdays;parents support the attitude of sports students to participate in training.The following countermeasures are put forward in response to the situation of sports students learning and training in Huaibei demonstration high school: firstly,to coordinate times between learning and training and cultivate initiatives of learning and training;secondly,to improve the quality of faculty and training and guidance ability for coaches;thirdly,school formulate related documents and policy,pay more attention to sports students;fourth,to maintain close communication with parents and jointly promote coordinated development of learning and training.
