charm and fitness entertainment.At the same time,to a certain extent,the traditional culture of our country is publicized.Along with many types of folk sports,folk sports which development road will be more broad,plays a more important role in the development of China in sports industry,has the potential and development value,thus greatly,analyzed the development of the folk education body in Huaibei area,summarized the main problems,then put forward the countermeasures to develop scientific and rational,to promote the Huaibei folk sports development and protection of folk sports culture,which has both theoretical significance and practical value.The investigation of Huaibei city folk sports development present situation through the literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and so on.Analysis conclusion:(1)No gender differences of Huaibei folk sports in the population,the total number of participants in the number of high school and college education accounted for most,mostly retirees,the young people involved less.(2)Huaibei folk folk sports have a good mass basis,but the degree of development is not satisfactory.With the project variety,but participants are mainly concentrated in the drum,diabolo,fitness whip,shuttlecock and other projects,other projects in small number,some items can only be seen in the folk culture and Art Festival,Spring Festival temple fair.It has influenced the widespread spread of folk folk sports in Huaibei.(3)Huaibei folk folk sports activities are mainly concentrated in parks,squares and other places.Most practitioners take a positive attitude towards folk folk sports activities.(4)Exercise motivation is also mainly based on physical fitness,recreation and social interaction.Most exercisers can exercise more than 3 times a week,and the intensity of each exercise is medium and small intensity.(5)At present,the number of folk sports folk custom sports consciousness.(3)The government and the relevant administrative departments should pay more attention to the inheritors and strengthen the training of the guiding talents.And vigorously cultivate folk sports,social sports instructor team who can be from folk folklore sports participants,professional trainers and college sports majors in the selection and training.(4)The government and management departments should systematically organize and manage folk folk sports participants,actively support the spontaneous formation of the folk organization,to make the folk
