The scoring rules of competitive aerobics are the compass and guide of Aerobics events. The first edition of the Rules was issued in 1994 and revised every four years.Aerobics World Championship(hereinafter referred to as the World Championship)is currently the highest standard and most authoritative event of aerobics.Aerobics single event is the most competitive event in previous world championships. In order to find out the differences between elite national athletes and analyze the current development situation of difficult movements in international single-player aerobics events,it will provide some reference for narrowing the gap between China's single-player aerobics events and the world's powerful countries in the future.Referring to the scoring rules of Competitive Aerobics in the period of 2017-2020(hereinafter referred to as the 2017 edition scoring rules),this paper uses the methods of documentation, expert interview, mathematical statistics and video analysis to analyze the set of difficult movements of individual events(men's and women's singles)in the 15 th World Championship of Aerobics in 2018,so as to understand the selection and scoring criteria of difficult movements of the current world elite athletes. The choice of circumference, the use of space change, the allocation of time and the use of difficulty combination, find out the development direction of difficult movements in international competitive aerobics. The conclusions are as follows:1.In the scoring rules of the 2017 edition, groups A,B,C and D can be selected as three groups, each with at least one difficulty. The number of difficult actions decreases gradually, and the number of high-score difficult actions with 0.8-1.0 points increases. The classification of difficult root naming is more refined. The connection and combination of 2-3movements are allowed, and the difficult actions are more standardized and standardized.Compared with women's singles, men's singles finals have less difference, closer score and more intense competition.2.Group B is less difficult to choose, and the gap between group A and group D is gradually narrowing.Group C has always been the difficult group that athletes are keen on.Group D is the most difficult group with the highest error rate.3.Scope of difficulty score of men's singles: 0.6-1.0 points, the highest proportion of selection is 0.8 points and 0.9 points.Scores of difficulty in women's singles ranged from 0.4to 0.9,and the highest proportion was 0.8.The reasonable distribution of difficult movements with high and low values is conducive to alleviating the consumption of athletes' physical fitness. The trend of overall difficulty selection is to develop in the direction of high scores and high difficulties.4.Four types of space commonly used in male and female singles are: A,B,B-C-A,B-C-B,A-C-A.For the first time,B-C-A-C-A type has appeared, and the level of difficulty space is strong. The space selection of men's singles is not balanced. The space types with the highest utilization rate are different from those with the lowest utilization rate. The space selection of women's singles is more balanced.5.Men's singles difficulty combination form: C-C,C-A,C-C-A,skill-C-A and C-skill type, the most frequent occurrence is C-C and C-C-A type;women's singles difficulty combination form: C-C,C-A,C-C-A and skill-C-A type, the most frequent occurrence is C-C type, focusing on the use of difficulty combination and innovation.Transitional connection is the most frequently used type in the front and back connection of difficult movements for male and female singles. The three-link difficulty combination and the connection combination between skill and difficulty are the highlights of this competition.6.The time distribution of 6 difficult movements is that the first 1/3 of difficult movements is greater than the middle 1/3 of difficult movements and the last 1/3 of difficult movements.5-3-2 mode is the most widely used pattern in the time distribution of complete difficult movements of single athletes in the 15 th World Aerobics Championships.
