Objective: Competitive Aerobics belongs to the skill leading difficult and beautiful event group. With the rapid development of Competitive Aerobics in China in recent years, the competition of competitive aerobics is becoming more and more fierce. The evolution of rules is also promoting the development of Competitive Aerobics towards the characteristics of "difficult","stable","accurate","new" and "beautiful".How to play well in the competition and achieve good results How to better guide the training of athletes has always been the direction that athletes and coaches strive to pursue;through watching the video and asking coaches and athletes,it is found that d265 and d185 in group D are used more frequently, but the error rate is also higher.Sports biomechanics is a relatively cutting-edge subject, which has been widely used in sports. This paper analyzes the biomechanics of d265 and d185 difficult movements to provide a theoretical basis for aerobics teaching and training. Methods: in this study,Delsys trigno wireless EMG system and Quali Sys infrared light point high speed motion capture system were used to synchronously collect the difficult movements of D265 and D185 of five national elite athletes, and the parameters were calculated and analyzed by the analysis software and excel. The results show that: 1.When completing the d265 difficulty movement, the athletes spend the longest time in the bending stage, and the shortest time in the yiliuxin stage and the vertical split leg stage;the d185 difficulty movement takes the longest time in the pre swing stage, followed by the support rotation 360 ° stage, the restoration upright stage and the swing leg swing to the front stage.2.D265 difficult movements The order of activation was right tibialis anterior, right abdominal external oblique, left tibialis anterior, left gastrocnemius, left abdominal external oblique, right gastrocnemius, left rectus abdominis, left rectus femoris, right rectus abdominis, right rectus femoris, right biceps femoris, left gluteus maximus, right gluteus maximus, left biceps femoris, right erector spinae and left erector spinae;the order of activation of d185 difficulty movement was right gastrocnemius, left rectus femoris, left tibialis anterior and left erector spinae Rectus abdominis, right anterior tibialis, left gastrocnemius, right rectus abdominis, right gluteus maximus, left external oblique abdominis, right erector spinae, right biceps femoris, left gluteus maximus, left erector spinae, left biceps femoris, right rectus femoris.3.In the four stages of d265 difficulty movement, the highest integral EMG value was in the bending stage, followed by the stage of yiliuxin, the stage of falling to the ground and the stage of standing up.4.The highest integral EMG value of d185 difficulty movement is the stage of support rotation 360 degrees, followed by the stage of up step pre swing, the stage of restoring upright and the stage of swinging leg to the front.Conclusion:1.Pay attention to the rhythm of D265 difficulty movement, the overall rhythm of movement is "slow fast slow",the bending should be full of energy, the yiliuxin stage and the vertical split leg stage should be smooth and accelerated;the d185 difficulty movement should improve the rotation speed of 360 degree support rotation stage.2.Through the EMG signal,we can see that the order of exertion plays an important role in the quality of difficult movements of D265 and D185,so the training emphasizes the order of exertion.3.In the four stages of D265 difficulty movement, the highest level of discharge is in the bending stage, followed by the elaucin stage, the vertical split stage and the upright stage. In the bending stage, the main power generating muscle group of trunk is the abdominal muscle group, and the abdominal muscle group undertakes to make the upper body close to the supporting leg and reduce the moment of inertia. In the lower limb muscle group, the gastrocnemius is the main power generating muscle, and the left leg is responsible for pedaling Stretching provides sufficient acceleration, and the right leg is responsible for supporting to maintain body balance. Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the strength of core muscle group and calf muscle group in training, and pay attention to the strength of abdominal muscle group and leg muscle group in training. The strength of biceps femoris is the most obvious in the stage of eliuxin, which plays an important role in maintaining body balance. Therefore, special training of this part of muscle can be strengthened in the training. In the upright stage, the whole discharge level was low,and the main force generating muscle was right gastrocnemius RG.During the split leg stage, the discharge levels of roea and LGM of right external oblique and left gluteus maximus increased significantly, which also reflected that the upper body should be fully connected to the supporting leg and the upper and lower limbs should not be out of joint at this stage.4.D185 difficulty movement, the stage with the highest discharge level is the 360 degree support rotation stage, followed by the pre swing stage, the return to upright stage and the swing leg swing to the front stage. The 360 degree rotation stage is the most important stage in this difficulty movement. In this stage, the muscle with the highest discharge level is the right rectus femoris RRF of the swing leg. Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the muscles of this part in the training In strength training, left biceps femoris LBF and left anterior tibialis lat are the muscles with higher discharge level in support leg at this stage.Anterior tibialis is the most easily neglected muscle in training,so corresponding special training should be adopted to improve the strength of this muscle.
