Research On Karate Promotion Of Xiamen Primary School Campus From The Perspective Of "Healthy China"

The strategy of "Healthy China" is a development strategy implemented in order to improve the health level of the whole people,the cause of physical education and the quality of national health.In 2016,the State Council promulgated the Outline of Healthy China 2030 Plan,which is the action program for the construction of Healthy China.The Outline of Healthy China 2030 Plan makes a comprehensive deployment of the areas related to people's health from the national strategic level.It mainly involves sports health work such as national fitness,competitive sports,adolescent sports health care,school health education and so on.The Outline of Healthy China2030 Plan The Outline put forward new development goals and requirements for school physical education,pointed out the development direction and path for school physical education work,and provided policy support and development opportunities for sports projects to enter the campus.Karate originated in China,developed in Japan and became popular in the world.It became an official Olympic event in 2018.In 2006,karate regained its attention in our country and gained vigorous development.Now it has become a competition item of the National Games in our country.At the same time,karate entering campus also provides opportunities for the diversified development of school sports.In order to realize the healthy,long-term and sustainable development of karate in China,this paper combines the guiding ideology and development requirements of promoting school physical education in the Outline of the Healthy China 2030 Plan,and conducts research on the promotion of karate in primary schools in Xiamen by using the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics.Through the investigation and study of the present situation of karate in Xiamen primary school campus,this paper analyses the problems of karate in the promotion of teenagers' groups on campus,combines the national development strategy and stands in the perspective of "healthy China",finds the problems of karate promotion on campus at present,and puts forward the concrete measures to solve these problems.Through this paper,it provides the basis and reference for the promotion of karate campus,in order to promote the development of karate.Entering adolescents' physical and mental health and promoting the construction of "Healthy China",the results are as follows:First,the promotion of karate in primary schools in Xiamen is at the primary stage.There are only three stable schools,namely Jinshan Primary School,Experimental Primary School and Qunhui Primary School.The number of students participating in the lower grades is larger,and with the increase of the grades,the number shows a decreasing trend.The teachers of karate are mainly at the primary level of the country,and most of them are the students majoring in Physical Education in Colleges and universities.Frequently,the teaching staff is highly mobile;the main body of promotion is the civil society organizations such as Fujian Province,City Karate Association and a few social karate halls;the karate course is oriented to the students and leaders of the school;the way of "post practice" is mostly used to cooperate with the university,or the way of "school and Taoist Hall cooperation" appointed by the Taoist hall to complete the campus teaching.Secondly,there are many problems and dilemmas in the promotion: firstly,karate teachers are scarce,single source,poor stability,poor facilities and facilities,lack of professionalism;secondly,there are fewer participants in the promotion,poor linkage between industry associations and groups at all levels,and fewer industry groups;thirdly,the government dominates the disadvantaged,and the provincial,municipal and all levels of competitions are carried out with little pertinence.To restrict the motivation of school teachers and students to participate,the cultural atmosphere of karate is scarce.In view of the above situation and problems,combined with the concept of sports development in the Outline of Healthy China 2030 Program,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as: improving the health literacy of karate teachers;expanding the training path of karate "profession + occupation + post-service" teachers,strengthening the construction of karate reserve talents;strengthening the leading role of top-level leaders,starting from the high position of the government;To promote the development of karate industry,promote the integration of "local culture" and innovate the construction of "characteristic" school-based courses;create a new path for the application of "co-construction and sharing" karate resources,optimize the allocation of resources,improve the efficiency of resource utilization,meet the development needs of karate promotion;accelerate the development of karate events and enrich the types of events.
