On December 31,2017,the public space of the 45-kilometer coastline from Yangpu Bridge to Xupu Bridge on the banks of Shanghai Huangpu River was completed,and the transformation of production shoreline to the living coastline was realized,becoming a waterfront public shared by residents and tourists of this city.space.With the transformation and development of the city,the waterfront as an important public leisure space of the city has become an important part of in many urban planning.Under the background of Shanghai to build an international metropolis,the two sides of the Pujiang River should be built into a “world-class waterfront public”.The open space must fully investigate the leisure situation of residents and tourists in the open space of the waterfront,clarify the problems existing at the current stage,and pay attention to the needs of users of the waterfront public space in order to rationally and efficiently develop the Binjiang public space.Really realize “returning the river to the people.”On the basis of combing the current research situation of waterfront public space at home and abroad,it is found that the current research of scholars mostly focuses on landscape planning and design,so the research is innovative from the perspective of the users of the waterfront public space,that is,the tourists.The perceived value,satisfaction and behavioral intention of the Huangpu River waterfront public space explorers were investigated by questionnaire,and the structural equation model was used to analyze the path and relationship between the three.After the verification analysis,all the hypotheses of this paper are significant,and the main conclusions are as follows.First,the perceived value of the recreational is composed of two categories,functional perception value and emotional perception value.The functional perception value includes five dimensions.According to the degree of importance,the ranking is facility and service perception,environment perception,culture perception,waterfront activity perception and water activity perception.Secondly,there is a hierarchical relationship within the perceived value,that is,the functional perception value has a positive influence on the emotional perception value;It reveals the mechanism of the perceived value of the swimmers in the waterfront to the satisfaction and behavioral intentions.Through the above analysis,the relationship between perceived value,satisfaction and behavioral intention of the visitors is verified,and the important factors affecting the perceived value of the waterfront public space visitors are explored,which provides a more specific reference for the development and construction of the waterfront public space.The suggestions help the new three-year action plan on both sides of the Pujiang River to realize the “innovation,coordination,green,open,and shared” development of this district.
