Investigation On The Folk Sports Activities Of "Ying Tie Zhi" In Datian Construction Town From The Perspective Of Clan Society

At the background of modern law society,the development and inheritance of folk sports activities can not only accelerate the construction of the stability of the harmonious society in the new countryside,and enhance cultural self-confidence and unity to goodness,but also can improve the legal awareness and moral quality of people,which is of great significance to "the strategy of revitalizing the countryside" put forward by China.Patriarchal society is one of the cornerstones of governance and management of Chinese traditional society.The study of combining it with folk sports activities is a rich mineral to be excavated by folk sports.This is also the point of deep investigation and research on the folk sports activities of "Ying Tie Zhi" in Datian Construction Town.This article is from the perspective of patriarchal society,and treats the folk sports activities of "Ying Tie Zhi" in Datian Construction Town as the research object,which is through the research method based on the main line of field investigation and questionnaire survey.Meanwhile,it is supplemented with the relevant experts in persistent depth interviews,authoritative local leaders and villagers.It also combines the folk sports,patriarchy,social anthropology and other related theories to sort out the situation of the folk sports activities of "Ying Tie Zhi" in Datian Construction Town.At the same time,it investigates and analyzes the origin and evolution of the folk sports activities of "Ying Tie Zhi" in Datian Construction Town,as well as its cultural connotation,human geography,social economic resource background,and specific contents and processes.Furthermore,it also explores the social characteristics and values of the activities,and uses the Pareto analysis method to analyze them and obtain the weights of the characteristics and values.Finally,it analyzes the existing problems in the process of inheritance and development of the folk sports activities of "Ying Tie Zhi" in Datian Construction Town from the angle of patriarchal society,and then puts forward effective countermeasures based on the above investigation and research process,so as to better inherit and develop them.
