| In 2006,the four ministries and commissions jointly promulgated and implemented the"Ad hoc Work Plan for School Teachers in Rural Compulsory Education",through public recruiting college graduates to"two basics",the country and rural compulsory education school of western China.By guiding and encouraging college graduates to work in the rural education,gradually solve the problems,such as insufficient gross and unreasonable structure of rural teachers,so as to improve the overall quality of the rural teachers.Over the past 12 years,many graduates have taken to the post of special teachers through this program,injecting fresh blood into the rural basic education in the western provinces,and promoting the development of education in rural areas.On the other hand,the problem of teacher’s loss is also serious.The author thinks that induction period is the critical phrase for teachers9 growth.At the same time,these teachers are confronted with the transition from students to teachers.There are many difficulties in work and daily life that need to overcome.If we can give necessary support to special teachers in this critical period,it will make them quickly adopt the teacher’s role,peace of mind to stay in the countryside and grow to be qualified teachers who will serve the basic education in the countryside for a long time.The paper regards the new teachers of Shangshui County as the object,adopting the literature material,questionnaire and interviews survey to study the recruitment of teacher to summarize the characteristics of induction support teachers in Shangshui County,analyzes its deficiencies,proposed the related strategies,so as to provide experience for formulating and implementing of teachers induction support policy in other regions of the country. |
