Preschool education is the basic stage of lifelong education.Teacher is one of the most important factors to affect the preschool education.The induction stage is a starting point for teachers to change their roles and adapt to the working environment.Effective induction training could not only consolidate the knowledge and skills which are acquired during the pre-service training period,but also lay a good foundation for future professional development.In recent years,the state pays more attention to the post-service training stage of teachers.However,the attention on the induction training is still low.In addition,with the release of the second child pregnancy,the enrollment rate has increased year by year.If a new teacher does not learn anything useful in orientation or does not get orientation,there could be a series of problems.For example,the teacher may not adapt to the role of teachers or could not communicate with parents and children effectively.This might cause the leaving the job.Therefore,under this background,it is necessary to do the orientation training needs for new teachers and the supporting countermeasures.The quantitative method is used in this study.Questionnaires were sent to new kindergarten teachers in 11 regions of Hebei Province.It mainly includes the training contents,training forms,trainers,training schedule,training funds,as well as the evaluation needs of induction training.This study based on the theory of embodied cognition which advocates the integration of body.Meanwhile,it is also based on the adult learning theory which emphasizes active learning.To improve the effect of induction training,the reasons affect the new teachers' demand was analyzed and more appropriate countermeasures and suggestions will be given.It is found that teachers hold a positive attitude towards induction training.They are willing to accept the induction training.Teachers hope that the content of the induction training could focus on the knowledge and skills of conservation and education,basic vocational quality,educational theory and scientific research ability.However,the demand of general scientific and cultural knowledge could be not very strong.The new teachers hope to do the conduct training by observing the teaching activities of excellent teachers.They believe that different training forms could be combined to carry out induction training,insteadof using a single training form during the whole period.Teachers hope that the superior training units or the kindergartens could arrange the training in the working hours and the length should be within a week.New teachers tend to be trained by excellent kindergarten teachers,experts and professors.Most of teachers prefer the kindergarten funding or education department granting.They could also accept self-funded training.With regards to the assessment of induction training,they hope to be able to carry out in the work process and pay more attention to the assessment of professional ability.The state attaches less importance to the induction training.Through the analysis of the interview data,the paper summarizes and discusses some views aiming at induction training needs and the environmental support for the induction training of new kindergarten teachers.This study takes three groups as the main body to conclude that the new teachers have a positive attitude to induction training.Training units have some problems during the implementation of induction training.Training content is not systematic and comprehensive.Training form is not practical.Training time arrangement is unreasonable and the selection of trainers has problems.Vague training cost planning,one-sided training assessment and so on.The state attaches less importance to the orientation training.Finally,the relevant countermeasures and suggestions will be given from the perspective of the new teachers,the training units and the country respectively.The integrate theory and practice should be balanced to improve the effect of the induction training and make the induction training become useful.
