An Empirical Study On Campus Culture Construction Of Universities In The New Era

The campus culture of colleges and universities is an important part of the advanced socialist culture,an important way to realize the socialist cultural power,and an important form of adhering to cultural self-confidence.Strengthening and improving the socialist campus culture with Chinese characteristics in the new era is of great significance for promoting the reform and development of higher education,strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of college students,and comprehensively improving the overall quality of college students.Based on the existing research results,this study combines the new requirements of the new era of socialist culture and the development of socialist universities,and constructs the campus culture of five dimensions including material,spiritual,institutional,behavioral and ecological.Analyze the structure and use it as a basis for questionnaire design.Through the questionnaire survey of five colleges and universities in Shanxi Province,it is found that on the basis of affirmative achievements,college students believe that colleges and universities have attached great importance to the construction of material culture,but humanistic care is still insufficient.Spiritual culture construction is concentrated on ideology but less involved in micro-life.The institutional culture construction has initially formed a system,but the synergy effect has not appeared,the behavioral culture construction is healthy and orderly,but the quality needs to be improved.The ecological culture construction is widely concerned but the system is not good.From the macroscopic point of view,the emergence of the problem mainly lies in the challenge of the mainstream ideology in the social transformation.From the perspective of the middle view,there are some unfavorable factors in the school.The micro-level analysis mainly lies in the cognitive bias of some college students on the campus culture.In the new era,strengthening the construction of campus culture in colleges and universities should be based on the concept of building a traditional campus culture,combining the times with the construction of a new era of socialist culture and the construction of ecological civilization,and promoting the cultural quality of material culture and deepening the cultural values of core values.Strengthen the coordination mechanism of system construction,create a model demonstration project,and payattention to ecological civilization education and practice the socialist ecological civilization concept,and promote the construction of university campus culture as a whole.Innovating the campus culture construction path of colleges and universities in the new era is an important way to develop advanced socialist culture,an inevitable requirement for realizing the modernization of higher education,and an effective carrier for comprehensive implementation of quality education.Building a high-quality college campus culture is conducive to improving the ideological and moral quality and scientific and cultural quality of college students,promoting the all-round development of college students,helping to enhance the cultural soft power of colleges and universities,and providing a powerful spiritual force for the reform and further development of colleges and universities.Consolidate the dominant position of the mainstream socialist ideology,cultivate the cultural consciousness and cultural self-confidence of college students,and safeguard the national cultural security.
