Research On The Innovation Of College Students' Ideological And Political Education Under The Environment Of Micro-network

With the rapid development of Weibo,We Chat,We Chat and other micro-platforms,micro-network has gradually entered people's lives.Micronetwork has been widely favored by college students because of its immediate,open,diversity and other remarkable features and powerful functions,and has become a common tool for college students to obtain information and social interaction.College students are more and more dependent on micronetwork,and more inseparable from micronetwork environment.Based on the perspective of micronetwork environment,this paper examines the innovation of college students' ideological and political education,which highlights the characteristics of keeping the ideological and political education in colleges and universities scientific and keeping pace with the times,which meets the new needs of the current development of college students.Micronetwork not only affects the ideological and behavior of college students,but also makes the ideological and political education of college students face a new environment.Only by deeply understanding the micro-network,grasping the connotation characteristics of the micro-network and the connotation of the micro-network environment,can we give full play to the advantages and values of the micro-network and better realize the goal of ideological and political education.On the basis of comprehensive investigation of previous relevant studies,this paper investigates the use of micronetworks among some college students in four colleges and universities in Tai'an City,and combines with the conclusions of the investigation on the current situation of micronetworks used by college students.On the premise of rational analysis of the influence of micronetwork on college students,this paper correctly examines the creation of ideological and political education of college students under the environment of micronetwork.New achievements and existing problems.Under the micronetwork environment,college students' ideological and political education has made remarkable achievements in the aspects of richer educational resources,diversified forms of communication,modernization of educational means,expansion of educational platform and so on.However,it is undeniable that there are still some problems in the innovation of college students' ideological and political education under the micronetwork environment,such as the outdated mode of education,the unbalanced media literacy of educators,the complex and changeable educational environment,and the difficulty of mastering the ideological and behavioral dynamics of students.In view of the problems existing in the innovation of college students' ideological and political education under the micronetwork environment,colleges and universities should judge the situation,introduce micro-topics to attract the interest of college students,and select the theoretical education system of rich micro-resources in the innovation of educational mode.Based on the micro-platform,we should strengthen the media literacy education of college students,integrate the micro-language innovation discourse system,and set up the microcircle group to perfect the educational feedback mechanism.In the innovation of ideological and political education carrier,the carrier of micro-public welfare activities should be organized,the cultural carrier of micro-culture innovation should be used,the management carrier of micro-organization should be established,and the communication carrier should be enriched by micro-media.In the Innovation of ideological and political Education team,conform to the Transformation Education in the era of Micronetwork The idea is to develop a high-quality team with higher media literacy and to absorb the multi-level talent team of the interdisciplinary talents.In that management and innovation,combine the national laws and regulations to strengthen the supervision of the micro-network environment,train the student's opinion leader to strengthen the guidance of the micro-network public opinion,and optimize the micro-network classification management based on a plurality of platforms.Combining with the advantages of micro-network,we should promote the innovation of all-round college students' ideological and political education,improve the actual effect of ideological and political education,and promote the healthy and comprehensive development of college students.
