Artificial intelligence is a hot topic in current information technology research.In April 2018,the Ministry of Education issued the" Innovative Action Plan for Artificial Intelligence in Colleges and Universities" to encourage universities to broaden the teaching of artificial intelligence and strengthen the education of artificial intelligence.Therefore,artificial intelligence is bound to be a strategic technology in the future,which is of great significance for enhancing the country's core competitiveness.Undoubtedly,the advancement of artificial intelligence technology needs to strengthen the cultivation of talents.The essence of technology development is the development of talents.At present,the talent pool of artificial intelligence in China is insufficient.As a university,talent cultivation is the core task.Therefore,it is necessary to cultivate more urgently needed talents in the society,not only to strengthen discipline construction,but also to develop a complete teaching system in combination with needs.In this paper,through the in-depth study of the technology and implementation principle of the online experimental system,the implementation of the online experiment is designed and implemented.At the same time,the Docker cluster scheduling algorithm in the experimental deployment is discussed and an innovative optimization scheme is proposed.Based on the above research,we finally designed and implemented an artificial intelligence learning platform that can combine teaching and experiment.The work of this paper is divided into three parts.The first part is the research of online experimental system,including container principle,virtual machine technology,Jupyter and VNC remote control research.Based on the in-depth research results,the analysis,design and implementation of online experiment implementation scheme are carried out.The second part is based on the research of Docker Swarm scheduling algorithm,and proposes an improved weighted scheduling algorithm to effectively improve node load balancing.The third part is the design and implementation of the web-based teaching and experiment system,including the design and implementation of the artificial intelligence professional course system management,teaching management and user management module.The system platform is based on Django to build a back-end service module.It implements Web front-end interaction through Bootstrap framework,Jquery,etc.,and uses Mysql relational database to realize metadata and content storage.The corresponding services provided include:system management,course release,course management,and classroom Testing,online experiments,user management,etc.After practical testing,the "artificial intelligence”professional teaching and experimental system realized in this paper has good practicability and scalability.
