As a sunrise industry,health industry has gained a good opportunity to develop in the 21 st century,when leisure and entertainment are advocated as well as the importance of health is valued.Taijiquan industry,as a part of the health industry,has also ushered in favourable circumstances for development.Taijiquan is an excellent traditional culture in China.Under the influence of the early society and traditional conception,its inheritance and development have been insisting in the traditional way of master and apprentice for a long time,due to which such a good sport can only be spread in a certain group and can not be fully promoted and popularized.In the current social and market environment,in order to develop and promote Taijiquan industry,it is necessary to take advantage of government's and market's promotions to put Taijiquan industry in an appropriate position.Besides,the development of Taijiquan industry can be promoted by the combination of the government-based public service development model and the market-based economic development model.This thesis begins with summarizing the background,purpose and significance,ideas and methods of research,and then makes some brief introduction to Y Taijiquan Club.Through the questionnaire survey,the club's present situation,mainly including the target market and the marketing strategy,has been clearly presented.According to the situation,this thesis analyses four aspects,namely product,pricing,channel and promotion and finds out the existing problems of Y Taijiquan Club and the causes of these problems.Finally,based on the causes--the lack of competitiveness of products,mistakes in the pricing strategy,the unstable construction of the marketing channel,and the ineffective promotion,the corresponding strategies in production,pricing,channel and promotion are proposed.From the overall outlook,researching a reasonable model and method for the marketing and promotion of Y Taijiquan Club will provide some bases for promoting the Taijiquan industry and some references to the developing model of Taijiquan industry.Under the background of the vigorous development of the health industry,various enterprises related to sports and fitness have been established.If the Y Taijiquan Club has only good products and no effective marketing strategies and publicity models,it is difficult to survive and develop in such a competitive marketenvironment.Based on the current situation of Y Taijiquan Club,this paper gives some feasible suggestions for the development of the club in combination with the current market environment.However,due to the limitations of the research methods,the incomplete knowledge structures of the author and some other factors,the marketing suggestions given in this paper are not ensured to be perfect and complete.In addition,the situation and market environment of the club will change with time,with which the marketing strategies will need to be adjusted appropriately to highlight the club's competitiveness and carry forward Sun's Taijiquan and other boxing types in the club.
