In recent years,the rapid development of our fitness industry,the growing demand of people and the market supply imbalance,insufficient contradiction to the health industry put forward more demands on the supply side reform pressure,health clubs to develop in the fierce market competition,marketing strategy becomes the key point,health clubs not only to market segmentation,to find their own target market.We should give full play to our advantages and overcome our disadvantages,rationally allocate resources,and finally reach the goal of sustainable development.Firstly,this article analyzes the industry environment,macro environment,micro environment,advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of QinhuangdaoSaiao health club,and points out the marketing status and existing problems.Secondly,using STP model,the market of QinhuangdaoSaiao Health Club is subdivided,the target market of QinhuangdaoSaiao Health Club is found,7Ps the marketing strategy of QinhuangdaoSaiao Health Club is made,and the product strategy is expounded in detail.Finally,according to the STP strategy and 7Ps marketing strategy of QinhuangdaoSaiao Health Club,this paper puts forward the strategy guarantee measures from four aspects: management,talent,salary and fund to ensure the strategy of QinhuangdaoSaiao Health Club is feasible.Facing the rapid development of the fitness industry and the demand of the public fitness,the health club of QinhuangdaoSaiao competes seriously.I believe this thesis can support QinhuangdaoSaiao Health Club marketing strategy and product differentiation competition under the benign development,but also to help the industry fitness marketing has a certain reference value and reference.
