With the successful defending of the 2019 Women’s Volleyball World Cup,the Chinese Women’s Volleyball Team has won ten world championships.To continue to maintain the dominance of the world volleyball and strive to defend the title in Tokyo and the Olympic Games afterwards,the quality of the reserve power must be guaranteed With volume.Under the overall background of “the whole nation system”,the volleyball management center of General Administration of Sport of China has prepared to build and identify the “high-level reserve talent base” of national volleyball(hereinafter referred to as “the volleyball base”)since 2001,for the sake of reinforcing cultivation of Chinese volleyball reserve talents and sustainable development of China’s athletic volleyball.Since 2014,the “volleyball base” training activity has been held year after year.This reviews the current construction of each “volleyball base” and the cultivation of athletes.The quality and quantity of women’s volleyball athletes in the “volleyball base”directly affect the China women’s national volleyball team.By analyzing the physical fitness and special technical evaluation of women’s volleyball athletes in the “training camp” from 2017 to 2019 and making a comparison on women’s volleyball athletes of the national youth team in 2019,the author analyzes the special technical evaluation and physical fitness features in the Chinese “high-level reserve talent base” of women’s volleyball athletes(hereinafter referred to as the “women’s volleyball in the base”,timely masters the special technology and physical quality development of the “women’s volleyball in the base”,and gives some reference values for selection and cultivation of Chinese women’s volleyball reserve talents.In this thesis,the author applies document literature method,expert interview method,mathematical statistic method,and logical analysis method to do the contrastive analysis for special technology and quality of women’s volleyball athletes in the training camp from 2017 to 2019,and carries out the correlation analysis on the ranking,special technology and quality of women’s volleyball athletes with the following research results:1.Physical quality and special technology performance of women’s volleyball athletes in the training camp are increased with the age,especially for the higher increase amplitude from 11 to 12 years old;30 米 running and half “meter” movement are enhanced with the age,showing the lower increase amplitude.2.Women’s volleyball athletes in the training camp have a significant difference with women’s volleyball athletes in the national youth team in 2019 in 30 米 running test performance,showing that 30 米 running performance of women’s volleyball athletes in the training camp is close to the national youth team level.3.The jumping quality of exclusive team members(attack,minor and support)of women’s volleyball athletes in the training camp is stronger than non-exclusive team members(toss and freeman).The jumping quality is decreased year by year.The support athletes have recovered in the training camp of 2019.The movement quality is changed with the age limit,showing the common advance and retreat.However,the 30米 running performance of women’s volleyball athletes in the training camp of 2019 is lower 0.3sec than in 2018 as a whole.Freeman has the best performance in movement quality,followed by an attack,support and toss or even minor,which conforms to the exclusive defense law of volleyball.4.The power and endurance of women’s volleyball athletes in the training camp are relatively poor as a whole.Multiple quality scores are disqualified,but the power quality of women’s volleyball athletes in the training camp is slightly enhanced as time goes by.The endurance quality of different exclusive athletes in the training camp is similar to the national youth team.5.The average technical performance of women’s volleyball athletes in the training camp in 2018 is relatively poor.The entire technology might be weak.The average performance of four techniques in each exclusive athlete is ranked as follows: attack>support>toss>minor.The average technical evaluation performance is successively ranked as serve> dig> pass & spike;toss has the best pass technique performance.Freeman has the best dig technique performance.Attack has the best spike technique performance.The exclusive technical evaluation ranking meets the exclusive performance of volleyball.The average technical performance of athletes is present in a positive correlation with age.The performance of four techniques in 16-year-old athletes is similar,closing to the overall development trend,but the overall level is not high.6.The spike action of each technique has a progressive relationship.The next action is affected by the previous action.The composition of each technique causes an impact on the corresponding technique.The hitting point affects the deduction action of serving,while hitting action affects the deduction action of digging.The hitting point and pattern affect the deduction action of passing,while arm swinging for hitting the ball affects the deduction action of spiking.7.The physical quality and contest results of women’s volleyball athletes in the training camp are conducted the correlation operation to find out the correlation,showing the better physical quality,the better contest ranking.Through the correlation operation,there is a negative correlation between special technical evaluation performance and contest results,showing the better technique,the better contest ranking. |
