| Tai Chi,a kind of Chinese traditional boxing,is based on the dialectical ideas of Chinese traditional military science,Confucianism and Taoism which combined with the changes of Yin-Yang and Five Elements,meridian and collateral studies,ancient guidance and breathing intonation.It is a kind of combination of self-cultivation,physical fitness,entertainment culture,fighting skills and so on.National strategy is to develop sports and strengthen people’s physique.So,more and more people take Tai Chi as the first choice.Tai Chi is very popular among the masses in China.But the domestic and foreign research on Tai Chi pay more concentrates on the sport of Tai Chi itself,while the research on shoes concentrates on the functional research of shoes.There is little research on the influence of different items and shoes on sole pressure.No more research has been done from Tai Chi shoes.Therefore,this study takes the Tai Chi enthusiasts and three types of shoes as the research object,according to the questionnaire survey six subjects are selected.Three kinds of shoes(jogging shoes,martial arts shoes,cloth shoes)were used in the experiment,and prescribed Tai Chi routines(for specific reasons,see text 2.3.4)were selected as the carrier.The sole pressure data of six subjects were obtained by using German medilogic sole pressure insole test system.The data are analyzed by mathematical statistics.The purpose is exploring the influence of different shoes on the sole pressure of Tai Chi to obtain the characteristics of the sole pressure distribution.Analysing their comfort and labor-saving role provides a theoretical basis and practice reference for majority of Tai Chi enthusiasts.Research results:(1)Jin Gang Dao Zhui Action: When wearing jogging shoes,the peak and average pressure of plantar regions are smaller than those of Wushu shoes and cloth shoes.It indicates that the shock absorption performance is better.When wearing Wushu shoes,the impulse of the sole in thumb area,medial metatarsal area,lateral metatarsal area and heel area is less than that of jogging shoes and cloth shoes.it indicates that wearing Wushu shoes in the same period of time is more energy-saving.(2)Lan Zha Yi Action: When wearing Wushu shoes,the peak pressure in the thumb area,medial metatarsal area and lateral metatarsal area of the sole is smaller than that in jogging shoes and cloth shoes.However,the mean pressure in the heel area is smaller than that in Wushu shoes and cloth shoes.It shows that both jogging shoes and Wushu shoes have their own advantages and disadvantages in comfort.When wearing Wushu shoes,the plantar regions suffers the smallest impulse.It shows that wearing Wushu shoes is more cost-effective and labor-saving in the same period.(3)Lou Xi Ao Bu Action: When wearing Wushu shoes,the peak and mean pressure of thumb area,lateral metatarsal area and heel area were smaller than those of wearing jogging shoes.However the corresponding peak and mean pressure of the medial metatarsal area and middle metatarsal area of the jogging shoes were smaller than those of wearing Wushu shoes.It shows that both jogging shoes and Wushu shoes have their own advantages and disadvantages in comfort.When wearing Wushu shoes,the impulse in the thumb area and the lateral metatarsal area of the sole is less than that in the jogging shoes and cloth shoes,and the rest is closer to that in the jogging shoes.It shows that wearing Wushu shoes is more cost-effective and labor-saving in the same period.(4)Dao Nian Hou Action:When wearing jogging shoes,the peak and mean pressure in the lateral metatarsal area,thumb area and heel area of the sole were lower than those in Wushu shoes.Thus,jogging shoes are more comfortable.When wearing Wushu shoes,the impulse of thumb area,medial metatarsal area,middle metatarsal area and heel area of the sole is smaller than that of jogging shoes.Therefore,wearing Wushu shoes is more cost-effective and labor-saving in the same period.(5)Yun Shou Action:When wearing jogging shoes,the peak pressure of medial metatarsal region,middle metatarsal region and heel region was smaller than that of Wushu shoes.And the mean pressure was close.It shows that jogging shoes are more comfortable.When wearing Wushu shoes,the impulse of thumb area,medial metatarsal area,lateral metatarsal area and heel area was less than that of jogging shoes and cloth shoes.It shows that wearing Wushu shoes is more cost-effective and labor-saving in the same period.(6)When wearing jogging shoes to do Tai Chi,gravity center trajectory discrete degree of Gan Simeng,Hong Zhiguo,Zhang Yongxing,Zhao Ping’s body is slightly greater than wearing Wushu shoes and cloth shoes.Therefore,wearing jogging shoes to do Tai Chi body stability is slightly worse than wearing Wushu shoes and cloth shoes.Research conclusion:(1)There was no significant difference in the peak pressure,the integral value of pressure-time(impulse)and the mean pressure in each area of the sole when wearing different shoes in Tai Chi.But according to the data analysis,no matter doing which action,the pressure peak value,the pressure-time integral value(impulse)and the mean pressure in plantar regions are higher than the jogging shoes and Wushu shoes.However,the stability of the cloth shoes is slightly better than the jogging shoes.(2)The choice of shoes depends on the purpose of practitioners.Wushu shoes may be the best choice if practitioners want to save energy(less impulse).If practitioners want to make the soles feel more comfortable(lower peak and mean pressure),jogging shoes may be better.Cloth shoes are really good choice if practitioners pursue hard soles and stability. |
