Objective: The study aimed to investigate the influence of plantar pressure on foot health when MBT shoes walking in different slope under normal speed, with hypothesis that MBT shoes would have positive effects. Methods: This study selscted ten students for 19-23 years old as experimental subjects in NingBo University. In our experiments, the Novel Pedar-X insole system,H/P/COSMOS and Gaitway Kistler were used to capture the Force Time Integral,Peak Force and Peak Pressure during walking. Results: Results showed MBT shoes had effective influence for plantar pressure, with consistent to the hypothesis.Force Time Integral,Peak Force and Peak Pressure are smaller in BT,OT,MF,LF,LM when wearing MBT shoes from 0-6°.Maybe that its structure have buffer and shock-absorper action quickly. When wearing MBT shoes, the impluse, peak pressure and peak force is very clear at the arch from 0-6°.Showing that MBT shoes have obvious support at the arch and can share the pressure in the heel and forefoot in order to ease pressure. With slope increasing, the transition from heel to forefoot is better so the structure of sole can make them more reasonable. The impluse, peak pressure and peak force are increased with the increase of slope at middle forefoot from 0-6 °,and also increased from 0-4°at lateral.whereas they are suddenly decreased at 6°,maybe were distributed from lateral to medial. Conclusion:With the increase in slope wear MBT shoes in the heel area impulse, peak pressure, peak pressure are reduced, reducing the impact of the heel when the ground injury: increased value of the arch area to support the development of the arch of the foot and maintain the stability of the foot of the muscle has a significant effect:MBT wear shoes with the increase of slope from the heel to the arch of the transition well.
