| This study explores the impact of sports fatigue on the basketball player’s penalty shots, and provides a solid theoretical basis for exploring the biomechanical mechanism and injury prevention of sports fatigue.Research indicates:1.During the ball preparation phase, after extensive testing of the subjects, there was no significant change in the flexion angles of the wrist and knee joints before and after fatigue, and the angular velocity of the knee joint changed significantly.2.During the process of lifting the elbow, the subject’s ankle joint has an increased flexion angle relative to fatigue after fatigue, and the angular velocity is also appropriately increased.During the same process phase, the flexion angle of the elbow joint did not change significantly.3.In the stage of flexion and wrist fingering, the flexion angle of the hip joint before and after fatigue changed significantly. At the same stage, the shoulder joint did not change significantly in its flexion angle or angular velocity. |
