Research On The Demolition Of F Community In Lu'an City From The Perspective Of Spatial Sociology

After the reform and opening up,Chinese society developed rapidly,and the rapid development of social economy brought the prosperity of cities.As a concentrated embodiment of human civilization,with the rapid influx of population,urban infrastructure construction cannot meet the rapidly expanding economy,so urban renewal has become an inevitable demand for urban development.Urban renewal has become an important approach to urban development,local culture inheritance and the pursuit of a better home for mankind.In order to adapt to the modern development,both the cities that accept the new ideas and the relatively backward cities have to upgrade their cities to a certain extent.However,as an important aspect of urban memory,the old style of a city is a carrier of urban culture and a representative of a city.Therefore,in the process of urban renewal,how to update those buildings full of urban memories will be a big problem for urban development.Taking the demolition of houses in the old town of Lu 'an city as an example,this paper analyzes the typical problems of demolition in the process of urbanization,the social impact of demolition,the interpersonal relationship in the process of demolition,and the sociological characteristics of the relevant space in the demolition space.In the process of urbanization demolition,the previous urban demolition focused on the government's action in the demolition,and the developers' action was the generation of "violent acts" in the demolition process.Regarding Lu'an F community demolition process has been introduced in this paper,detailed access to the community residents demolition problem at that time,and also visit the community after the demolition of appearance and community relations after the demolition,and combining with the theory of sociology of time and space in the related aspects of space,this paper with a series of change in the space to look at problems faced in demolition and phenomenon.Time and space in sociology theory is about space by Marx and Engels "practice" on the UK housing space analysis,by the start of the scattered theory to the systematic theory of today,both in the column aspects.Henri Lefebvre and Foucault is the famous representative figure on the one hand,they have discussed the sociological theory point of view about space that on the one hand,on behalf of the mind is also from the theoretical perspective,escape from the classical theory of sociology,to practice point of view,to view the world with the idea of space,social problems.This paper first describes the introduction,the theoretical research at home and abroad and the choice of research methods is the research foundation of this paper.The first chapter introduces the research background and design of this paper,including the research purpose and significance,research methods and literature analysis;At the end of the first chapter,the relevant theories and literature related to urban housing demolition in the spatial aspects of the theories of sociology of time and space are also sorted out,which lays a theoretical foundation for the research of this paper.The second chapter discusses the demolition process of F community,including its geographical location and demolition process.Secondly,it discusses the problems in the demolition process of F community in detail,and interviews the residents of F community.In addition,it analyzes the role and behavior of developers and the government in this process,as well as the obvious reasons for the conflicts among the three.Finally,the focus of this paper is to analyze the demolition of community F with the spatial theories in the sociology of space and time,explain the typical spatial changes of community F,and bring about other changes when the space changes,which will be the top priority of this paper.Through the above description,it is hoped that the problems caused by the demolition of the space in F community of Lu 'an city can be well explained in terms of the space,the people in the space,the interpersonal relationship in the space,the distribution of rights in the space and other aspects.At the end of the paper,the interview records of the residents of F community and the demolition materials of F community in Lu 'an city are attached.The author hopes to think about the social problems of socialism with Chinese characteristics from a new sociological perspective--spatial sociology through this research.
