Cheerleading,as a new sport,started late in China,but developed rapidly.Under the advocacy of "one school,one ball and one gymnastics",many primary and secondary school campuses started cheerleading.In order to further popularize cheerleading,standardize the development of cheerleading,strengthen the quality education of campus and the construction of campus culture,the Gymnastic Center of the State General Administration of Sports has launched cheerleading.In 2015,the "Cheerleading Athletes Technical Grade Standard" was formally promulgated and implemented,which stipulates that the standard for young cheerleading athletes is "seven-color star".Teenagers can take technical grade examination through systematic curriculum learning and go to the "Grade Examination Center(Point)designated by the National Cheerleading Committee.The assessment will be awarded national level certification.However,the relevant research data show that in the past four years,"Cheerleading Athletes Technical Level Standard" is not optimistic about its popularity and promotion.Therefore,how to make cheerleading become an effective means of teenagers' sports and fitness,and how to effectively popularize the technical grade standard of "seven-color star" in primary schools has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper takes the promotion of primary school campus in Shijiazhuang City of Hebei Province as an example,through questionnaire and on-site investigation,to understand the actual situation of the promotion of "seven-color star" technical grade standard in 13 National Cheerleading demonstration window schools,summarize and summarize the actual situation of its promotion in schools,draw lessons from its successful experience,design specific promotion programs,and in Shijiazhuang primary school.In order to verify the operability and effectiveness of the extension scheme design,the park conducts a practical test of the extension scheme.This paper mainly adopts the methods of documentation,investigation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.Firstly,this paper defines the relevant concepts of the promotion scheme design of the "seven-color star" amateur technical grade assessment primary school through the method of documentation,investigates and inspects the promotion of the "seven-color star" in 13 National Cheerleading demonstration window schools through the questionnaire method,and makes use of data analysis software to analyze the questionnaire information,so as to provide the "seven-color star" primary school in this paper.The design of campus promotion scheme provides first-hand information,and conceives the whole idea according to Lasswell's "5W" mode concept in communication science,which lays a theoretical foundation for the construction of "seven-color star" primary school campus promotion scheme.On this basis,we design the specific content of the "seven-color star" technical grade standard primary school campus promotion program.In order to verify the rationality of the program design,we carried out a practical test of the promotion program design in Shijiazhuang Dongfeng West Road Primary School,which confirmed that the design of the "seven-color star" technical grade primary school campus promotion program has certain promotion value and has a good value.The maneuverability and superiority are determined.The conclusions are as follows:1.Through the questionnaires issued by 13 national demonstration window schools to understand the development status of their amateur technical grades of "seven-color stars",and through detailed analysis of the results of the questionnaires,summarized its excellent experience in developing amateur technical grade assessment of "seven-color star" : attention and recognition of relevant leading departments,higher professional level of physical education teachers,greater choice and strength of propaganda methods,higher social recognition and the solution of related cost problems.These five factors should not be ignored in the process of promoting "seven-color star" in primary schools.2.In order to make the Cheerleading "seven-color star" amateur technical grade assessment better popularized in the primary school campus of Hebei Province,this paper designs the promotion scheme of Cheerleading "seven-color star" amateur technical grade assessment in the primary school campus.The promotion scheme consists of four elements: promotion objectives and objects,audience group analysis,promotion strategy,implementation and testing of promotion scheme.3.This paper chooses Dongfeng West Road Primary School in Shijiazhuang City as the experimental school to carry out the practical test of the promotion scheme,and applies the promotion scheme to the daily cheerleading training work of the school.The promotion scheme aims at the students who are engaged in the cheerleading exercise and those who are not engaged in the cheerleading exercise.After the implementation of the scheme,the students of Dongfeng West Road Primary School are interested in the amateur of "colorful stars".From the initial ignorance to the present understanding of the technical grade assessment,more students expressed willingness to participate in the orange star assessment,and continue to learn higher star content,in addition,there are many students who have not participated in cheerleading exercises to join the cheerleading exercises,which has played a role in promoting the development of the primary school cheerleading movement,but also verified the promotion side.The feasibility and superiority of the case.4.Suggestions are made as follows.Organizing campus cheerleading propaganda activities in various forms can achieve better propaganda effect;physical education teachers should improve their professional level and constantly deepen their understanding of the amateur technical level of "seven-color star".The promotion scheme of the assessment of amateur technical level of Cheerleading "seven-color star" in primary schools is based on the characteristics of Cheerleading projects and the overall promotion.The environment is designed.When drawing lessons from this scheme,we should make appropriate adjustments according to the actual situation to ensure the best promotion effect.
