Tai Chi is an intangible cultural heritage of our country, and the cognition of Tai Chi "meaning" is only a qualitative study on the theoretical level, and there is no scientific and quantitative interpretation. The external manifestation of "meaning" in Tai Chi practice is embodied in the soft and graceful action,so this paper studies and analyzes the difference of brain function among Tai Chi practitioners of different skill levels by using functional near infrared spectroscopy, and probes into the difference of brain activity between Tai Chi professional practitioners and non-Tai Chi professional practitioners in Tai Chi practice. For the subsequent further use of scientific means to explain the meaning of Tai Chi "idea" and the mechanism of action to pave the way.20 Healthy right-hand testers aged 18-25 were recruited in this study.Among them,10 professional Tai Chi practitioners were experimental group and 10 ordinary Tai Chi practitioners were the control group. The brain regions of the experimental group and the control group in three states were monitored by near infrared spectroscopy, and the differences of activation degree and brain function connection between the brain region were analyzed.Results:(1)The right movement area and left prefrontal lobe were activated in the control group, the right movement area and the right prefrontal lobe were activated in the experimental group, and the functional connection strength between the forehead and the sports area on both sides of the experimental group was significantly stronger than that in the control group.(2)In the control group, the frontal prefrontal lobe and the right sports area were activated, the right sports area of the experimental group was activated, and the functional connection strength between the forehead and the sports area on both sides of the experimental group was significantly stronger than that in the control group.(3)The brain regions of the control group were activated in the actual practice state, the posterior and midline sports area of the frontal lobe were activated in the experimental group, and the functional connection strength between the prefrontal lobe and the forehead and the sports area on both sides of the experimental group was significantly stronger than that of the control group.Conclusion:(1)Tai Chi exercises induce significant activation of the prefrontal lobe and sports area, increased brain blood flow, and obtained a sustained and stable supply of oxygen.(2)long-term Tai Chi exercises have a positive effect on the function of the prefrontal lobe brain.(3)Tai Chi practice can relieve the lateral phenomenon of the practitioner's brain and enhance the synchronicity of the brain interval.High level Tai Chi professional practitioners have stronger brain function connection, left and right brain coordination is stronger.(4)High Level Tai Chi professional practitioners have stronger synergy in neurological activity, endothelial cell metabolism and muscular activity.(5)High Level Tai Chi professional practitioners the right hemisphere is significantly activated, the imagination of the feeling of movement is more real, the practice process shows a stronger sense of concentration.
