Research purposes: based on the research work 12 weeks by potential hearing ears practice for 60-69 years old patients with type 2 diabetes,hearing and the quality of survival,argument by 60-69-year-old hearing ear work practice for improving hearing and the effect of quality of life in patients with type 2 diabetes,60-69-year-old patients with type 2 diabetes to improve hearing and quality of life to provide effective ways and means.At the same time,it will expand the application of traditional health preservation techniques,implement the strategy of "integration of sports and medicine",and contribute to the realization of the grand "healthy China 2030" plan.Methods: in this study,40 patients aged 60-69 years with type 2 diabetes who met the standard were selected from the patients in the first people’s hospital of dongcheng district,Beijing by means of literature,expert consultation,questionnaire survey,experiment and mathematical statistics.The experimental group was given the exercise of sitting posture and hearing ability three times a week for 12 weeks,while the control group was not given any regular exercise except normal medication and daily exercise.Before and after the experiment,sf-36 scale was used to test the quality of life indicators in the two groups,and statistical comparison was conducted with the control group.Results: 1.There were significant differences(P < 0.05)in PTA average hearing between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment.2.Right ear pure tone audiometry(PTA average hearing)was significantly different between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment(P < 0.01).3.Physiological function,general health status,social function,energy and mental health of the experimental group were different from those before the experiment.There was a significant difference in mental health after the experiment and before the experiment(P < 0.05).Physiological function,general health status,social function and energy were significantly different after the experiment(P < 0.01).There was no significant difference between the other groups.4.There was no significant difference in the test results of body shape and function indicators before and after the experiment(P > 0.05).Conclusion: 1.12 weeks of sitting ability can improve the level of pure tone audiometry(PTA average)in patients with hearing loss in type 2 diabetes mellitus.2.12 weeks of sitting and hearing training has a positive effect on the quality of life of patients with type 2 diabetes with hearing loss.3.It is a simple,practical,green and economical method,which is more suitable for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Study recommendations: 1.It is suggested to extend the experimental period to further study the effect of sitting and hearing skills on audiology and quality of life in patients with type 2 diabetes with hearing loss.2.It is suggested to conduct experimental studies on patients with different types of diabetes.3.It is suggested to popularize the practice of sitting and hearing,and provide a new prevention and treatment method,exercise method and lifestyle for patients with type 2 diabetes and hospitalized patients.
