With the rapid development of the global economy,talent competition has become a core development factor.To this end,cultivating talents and attaching importance to talents have become the goal of the development of various universities.Traditional teaching concepts and teaching systems have not adapted to the development of modern society.Therefore,in the education reform,we should keep pace with the times,attach importance to the cultivation of college students' innovative ability,pay attention to the development of students' diversification,and tap the students' own creativity.In order to better cultivate students' extracurricular practice ability,according to the needs of undergraduate talent training mode reform,our school has formulated the "Implementation Methods for Undergraduate Extracurricular Training Program of Jilin University" and "Implementation Rules for Undergraduate Extracurricular Training Program of Jilin University".In order to speed up the construction of teaching management information level in our school and improve the efficiency of teaching management work,an extracurricular training plan management system was produced.The extracurricular training plan system records the scores and awards of all extracurricular activities of students.These extracurricular achievements are a valuable asset for the education industry.By analyzing these data,the school and teachers can help the school and teachers to better carry out the teaching work.Improving students' extracurricular practical ability plays an important role.Therefore,this article will analyze the results of the students' extracurricular training program and the results within the class.This paper applies the association rule technology in data mining to explore the relationship between the in-class grades and the results of extracurricular training programs.In this paper,the development history and research situation of data miningat home and abroad are studied.Through the research on association rule technology,the FP-Growth algorithm is used to analyze the data.In order to adapt to the data characteristics of this paper,the FP-Growth algorithm is applied.Appropriate improvements have been made.The purpose of this paper is to find out the association rules between the extracurricular training plan scores and the in-class grades.The association rules between the grades in the lesson have no research value for this paper.Therefore,the improved FP-Growth algorithm obtains the association rules and extracurricular rules.It is related to the training of the results of the plan,which not only facilitates the analysis of the results,but also improves the efficiency of the algorithm.After the data is collected,the data is preprocessed,and the improved algorithm is used to mine the associated data.Finally,through the analysis of the association rules,we find out the meaningful relationship,analyze the relationship between the grades and the results of the extracurricular training program,and then analyze the relationship between the specific subjects and the students' practical ability.The results can help the school to develop a teaching plan that will help students develop in an all-round way,keep up with the trend of the times,and cultivate modern talents.
