The professional identity of teachers is the core of the quality of the teaching staff.It is the teachers' cognition and experience of their professional identity as "professional teachers" and the framework for analyzing teachers' teaching.In the daily practice of education and teaching,how to fully reflect the teacher's subjectivity and give full play to the teacher's initiative has become a fundamental problem that is not only widely concerned but also difficult to effectively solve.Only by realizing teachers' self-consciousness awakening and clarifying their meaning,value and action as preschool teachers can teachers' professional identity be effectively remolded.The establishment of preschool teachers' professional identity will become an important factor to promote the professional development of teachers,and play an important role in promoting the stability of the teaching staff and the improvement of the professional quality of preschool teachers.Based on this background,this study focuses on the status quo and influencing factors of professional identity of public and private preschool teachers.Research data were obtained through questionnaires.This paper investigates the status quo of public and private preschool teachers in linghe district of jinzhou city in six dimensions of professional knowledge,professional belonging,professional ability,professional role,professional status and professional behavior,and makes a comparative analysis.Based on the interview results,this paper discusses the factors affecting the professional identity of public and private preschool teachers,and summarizes the factors influencing the differences between the professional identity of public and private preschool teachers through comparison.This paper analyzes the most essential problems between two kindergartens of different natures from three aspects of teachers,kindergartens and society,which are mainly reflected in: teachers' subject consciousness,work motivation,kindergartens' working environment,opportunities for professional development,and support of public opinion.Some Suggestions are put forward to promote the professional identity of public and private preschool teachers,including building a harmonious kindergarten culture and forming self-reflection consciousness.Finally,some Suggestions are put forward to solve the specific problems of the professional identity of private preschool teachers,including: establishing a correct concept of identity;Perfect the management mode of kindergarten,attach importance to teacher training;Increase the external impetus to private preschool teachers.
