With the gradual deepening of the reform of education system in China,the dominant resources such as school conditions,hardware facilities,policy support and teacher strength are gradually converged.Only brand is the intangible asset that can not be reproduced.It is the source of the most lasting motive force of school life and the killer mace with the most core competitiveness.Therefore,it is particularly important to promote brand building with innovation oriented.Based on the research results of the brand building of elementary education schools at home and abroad,this paper concludes that "teachers’ strength","creativity","campus culture" and "quality of running schools" are the primary factors that determine the brand building through the questionnaire survey of elementary education schools in Yueyang City.Therefore,this paper chooses "innovation" among them."Creativity" as the research object,has carried on the related research based on the innovation-oriented brand construction,proposed the innovation-oriented brand construction goal and the principle,based on the innovation-oriented brand construction content,proposed the innovation-oriented brand construction strategy.Brand building of elementary education school is a new thing,which belongs to the interdisciplinary research field,involving marketing,pedagogy,management,art and design,psychology and other disciplines.This paper combines the current situation of construction with the actual questionnaire survey conducted some personal opinions and exploration,hoping to provide a basis for the study.The brand building of elementary education schools plays a certain reference and reference role to promote the better development of elementary education in China.
