With the development of market economy in China,the education and training industry has developed rapidly.Educational and training enterprises need to face the fierce market competition because of their market attributes.They also feel unprecedented impact and impact.In our country's education and training enterprises,there are many problems,such as the disconnection between performance management and company's strategic objectives,the lack of performance management system links and so on.Performance management needs to be further improved.Therefore,discussing and trying to educate and train enterprise's scientific performance management and establishing a unique and effective performance management system of its own will not only benefit the standardized governance of the company,but also help to improve the company's operating conditions and overall performance.It has very important theoretical and practical significance for the development of education and training enterprises.Taking Changsha Branch of Chenxi Education and TrainingCompany as an example,this paper introduces the situation and organization structure of Chenxi Education and Training Company based on the theory of performance management.Through understanding the process and content of performance management of Chenxi Education and Training Company and questionnaires,it points out that there are some problems in performance management of Chenxi Education and Training Company: performance management is out of line with the company's strategic objectives;There are five problems in the performance management system: the lack of process;the lack of scientific and systematic performance evaluation indicators;the lack of an organic link between performance management objectives;the lack of communication.This paper analyses three causes of performance management problems: the lack of strategic awareness of leadership;the lack of scientific performance management system;and the lack of corporate performance management safeguards.Next,we put forward targeted optimization schemes: updating the concept and mechanism of performance management,optimizing the design of new performance management system,and implementing performance management safeguards.The idea of optimizing the design of the new performance management system is: starting from the design principles and preparation,selecting the design method,designing key performance indicators,optimizing the weight of indicators,and finally optimizing theperformance management process,initially designed a more appropriate performance management system for the branch of Chenxi Education and Training Company.Finally,several measures are given to ensure the implementation of performance management system: improving management organization,establishing talent team,improving management system and providing technical support.Suggestions are provided for the stable and long-term implementation of performance management in Chenxi Education and Training Company Branch.
