Research And Practice On Integrated Platform Of Big Data In Smart Campus Of Universities

The construction of smart campus is a new need for the development of Educational informatization.The rapid development of science and technology makes the informatization construction of universities move towards the era of big data.In the process of university informatization construction,a large amount of data has been generated.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the efficiency of data acquisition,management,analysis and mining.This paper studies the related technologies under the background of smart campus,and establishes a large data integration platform.Through the analysis of various behavior data of students in school,the potential value behind these data is excavated,so as to enhance the construction of intelligent campus and promote the improvement of the level of education in universities.Firstly,on the basis of reviewing the development process of University informatization,this paper discusses the relevant theories of smart campus,the related technologies applied in the construction of smart campus and the four-tier infrastructure model of smart campus construction.The relevant research on smart campus is conducive to deepening the understanding of the necessity of building smart campus and smart campus,and to better promote the development of education informatization.Secondly,the related technology of building large data integration platform is studied.This paper introduces the large data analysis platform mainly including Hadoop and Spark;The information standards of colleges are designed,mainly including data standards and code standards.They are not only one of the keys to realize the informatization of education and the construction of smart campus,but also the main way to realize the scientific norms of the informatization construction standards of colleges;The data acquisition technology as the basis of big data technology is analyzed;and the data processing technology used to clean up redundant and disorderly data is studied;The technology of data storage is studied,by storing the collected data,the related database is established,managed andinvoked;This paper studies the data visualization technology which can simplify the data mining results in the form of graphs and more intuitive representation.Finally,the key technology of big data is applied to the construction of University intelligent campus,and an integrated platform of big data is designed.In this platform,the random forest algorithm in the model algorithm is studied and improved,and the improved algorithm can better classify the data.Through the analysis of students' behavior data,it is proved that the integrated platform can accurately analyze and summarize the rules and characteristics of students' behavior,mining the information behind students' behavior characteristics,It is helpful for managers to make appropriate decisions and promote students' healthy growth.
