The Planning And Design Of Information Standards On Smart Campus In Universities

With the continuous construction of the school information and the growing demand for applications,cross-sector business data sharing and exchange of demand are more and more urgent,although the business system of the various department are growing,but as the uneven level of construction,and don’t have a set of unified information standards in particular.Thus there are many information islands and application of the island of the problem.It can’t meet the new situation under the development of the school requirements.It is urgent to develop a set of departments to follow the standards of management information at the level of school.In order to rationalize the departments and the management process between the various departments to achieve data sharing and exchange,giving full play to the role of information construction to provide information services for all levels of school.Information standards are the key of smart campus construction and education information realization.Information standards including the existing,being developed and should proceed with the development of standards.It is the main way to promote the standard scientific and normative.The construction of university information standards generally includes two parts: data standard and code standard.According to the business of each department,the division of data standard set is divided into and planned.The data standard set is divided into general data subclass,school management subclass,student management subclass,etc;code standard set mainly includes GB(GB),the standard(JY)and custom standards.Combined with the standardization of theoretical research,in a number of colleges and universities on the basis of information technology research,take Wuhan Polytechnic University as an example,the analysis of the various departments of the school business activities.Taking full account of the uniqueness and compatibility of standards,and based on the existing national standards,the Ministry of Education standards and the school internal standards,combined with the Wuhan University of Light Industry,the actual preparation of information standards to carry out the work.From two aspects of the data standard design and the code standard design,carrying out the overall planning and design of information standards.The main research results of this paper are to design scientific and reasonable information standard coding scheme and architecture under the premise of clarifying the meaning of information standard,frame architecture and design principle.To establish the basic system structure of our school’s management information,and compile the coding standard of Wuhan Polytechnic University.It forms unified information standards,implements the exchange and sharing of information resources.
