The research on teachers' teaching behavior has been regarded as the focus of teachers' professional development.It is convenient for teachers to renew their educational concepts and reflect on their teaching practice.At the same time,the analysis of teachers' classroom teaching behavior can help to improve the classroom teaching effect and promote the implementation of three-dimensional teaching objectives.In addition,at present,the vast majority of teaching workers still regard students' academic performance as the absolute standard of teaching evaluation.Based on the above understandings,this study focuses on the research of teachers' teaching behavior,choosing the microcosmic and quantifiable classroom observation model-CPUP classroom structure model,taking the content of Unit 2"Factor and Multiplication" in the second volume of the fifth grade of primary mathematics as an example,by visualizing and separable the different parts and elements of classroom teaching,and the corresponding teaching behavior pairs and teaching behavior chains.The way of analysis is presented,the classroom teaching structure and teaching behavior of novice and expert teachers are studied,and thefollowing conclusions are drawn:(1)In the aspect of classroom questioning,novice teachers put forward questions focusing on the recognition of knowledge points,while expert teachers can make students understand and master knowledge on the basis of the original knowledge by giving them verbal guidance according to the answers of students.(2)Concerned about students,both types of teachers can exert a positive influence on students in classroom teaching,and the classroom atmosphere is warm.(3)In the aspect of teaching tact,expert teachers can think out the corresponding countermeasures better and more timely,even adjust their teaching rhythm,not completely according to the process designed in the teaching plan;novice teachers are easy to panic,can not judge the mastery of students in classroom teaching,but only according to the process designed.(4)In terms of the use of teaching media and the grasp of key and difficult points,novice teachers can better and faster accept and use the new educational technology-interactive whiteboard;expert teachers are still accustomed to the presentation of the past PT courseware,but they are more accurate in grasping the key and difficult points of teaching and in arranging teaching time.
