With the continuous development of educational research,teachers as the implementers of new curriculum standards,disseminators of scientific knowledge,their level of teaching ability directly affects the cultivation of student literacy.Expert teachers not only have rich subject knowledge,but also many years of teaching practice experience.Novice teachers first appeared on the podium.Compared with the expert teachers,although they have full confidence and expectation for the teaching work,due to the lack of practical teaching experience,there are often various shortcomings in the teaching behavior.Studying the differences in teaching behavior between novice teachers and expert teachers can identify differences,make up for the shortcomings,and speed up the transition of novice teachers to expert teachers.Based on the relevant research,this paper analyzes the differences between the two types of teachers according to the designed classroom teaching behavior categories,summarizes the teaching experience of the expert teachers,and then provides optimization suggestions for the novice teachers' own development,which can play a good role in demonstration.Conducive to the professional development of novice teachers.This study mainly includes the following parts:The first part is an introduction.By reading the literature,the research background,research problems and research significance are sorted out.The classification of video analysis method,classroom teaching behavior and the comparison of teaching behaviors between novice teachers and expert teachers are reviewed.The novice teachers based on video analysis are introduced.Classroom teaching behavior with expert teachers.The second part is related concepts and theoretical basis.The concepts of teaching behavior,classroom teaching observation,novice teachers and expert teachers are summarized,and the definition standards of the concepts suitable for this paper are put forward.The theory of behavioral science,effective teaching theory and educational communication theory are used as the theoretical basis.The third part is the research and design of classroom teaching behaviors for novice teachers and expert teachers.Designed and constructed a content analysis category suitable for the observation of classroom teaching behaviors of primary science teachers,selected research samples,determined research tools and methods,and conducted reliability tests.The fourth part is the analysis of classroom teaching behavior data of elementary school novice teachers and expert teachers.Through the classroom observation of the recorded video,the data differences between the novice teacher and the expert teacher in explaining the behavior,presentation behavior,questioning behavior,feedback behavior and experimental activities are analyzed and compared.The fifth part is to elaborate the conclusions of the paper,the optimization suggestions of the novice teacher and the inadequacies of this research.
