Rural teaching stations are the weak areas in the development of compulsory education in China, and also the biggest obstacle to the balanced development of education at the current stage.Synchronous interactive delivery class is an attempt to solve the problem of "incomplete class and poor class" and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas by using educational informatization in rural teaching stations. The author found in the survey that,as an online teaching method, delivery course, like online teaching, has the problem of insufficient learner presence, which seriously affects the learning effect and students' satisfaction with the course. In addition, the study provides a new perspective for the researchers of the delivery course and further enriches and expands the connotation of the special delivery classroom teaching form. This paper explores the influencing factors of learners' sense of presence in the delivery course. The research took the online education center in X county,X province as the research object, and collects data in various aspects through questionnaire survey, interview, classroom observation and other research methods. In this study,a questionnaire survey was conducted among six teachers in the central school and the students in the teaching center.SPSS was used for statistical analysis of data to verify the impact of demographic characteristics of students and teachers on learners' sense of presence. This study uses case study method to observe a certain amount of the delivery class video and analyze the teacher's behavior, and conducts in-depth interviews with central school teachers, teaching stations teachers and students, and summarizes the teacher's behavior factors that affect learners' sense of presence. The research comes to the following conclusions:(1)among the influencing factors of students, grade has a significant impact on the learner's sense of presence, and the learner's sense of presence in grade two is higher than that in grade three. The number of students in the class has a significant impact on the learner's sense of presence. When the number of students in the class is between 10 and 20,the learner's sense of presence is the highest. The gender of students has no significant influence on the learner's sense of presence, and the discipline has no significant influence on the learner's sense of presence.(2)among the influencing factors of teachers, teaching age has a significant impact on learners' sense of presence. The longer the teaching age is,the higher the learners' sense of presence will be.The time of teachers engaged in the delivery course has a significant impact on learners' sense of presence.Teachers' TPACK cognition has no significant effect on learners' sense of presence.(3)through case analysis, the research confirmed that the teacher behavior strategies that affect learners' sense of presence include:classroom communication and feedback between teachers and students, careful organization and arrangement of classroom activities, teachers' participation in teaching sites, emotional care for students, teachers' use of proximity behavior and reasonable arrangement of teaching content transmission.
