| Luo Zongshi,a Chinese Taekwondo athlete,won the women's 57 KG Taekwondo Championship in the 18 th Asian Games.This achievement shows that the level of women's Taekwondo 57 kg has been greatly improved.Based on this,this paper explores the techniques and tactics of Luo Zongshi in the course of the competition,takes the technical and tactical characteristics of Luo Zongshi in the Jakarta Asian Games in 2018 as the research object,and deeply explores the technical and tactical characteristics of Luo Zongshi through video analysis and documentation.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.Height arm exhibition is very important for Taekwondo.Locke Zongshi's height arm exhibition gives her some advantages in this sport.In the Taekwondo women's 57 KG class of Jakarta Asian Games in 2018,back kick,back horizontal kick and front-down splitting are the main techniques used by Locke Zongshi.She has faster legs and stronger attacks.However,there are still some technical problems.The effective scoring rate of back kick,back cross kick and front split is not high.2.Luo Zongshi's defensive techniques are mainly manifested in the use of offensive techniques to destroy the opponent at a long distance,avoiding close confrontation with him as far as possible,focusing on block defense at middle and close distance,paying attention to head defense and attacking the opponent with fists,making full use of physical advantages to oppress the opponent;3.Active attack tactics,false action tactics and defensive counterattack tactics are the main tactics used by Luo Zongshi in the match.She tries to avoid confrontation with her opponents in mid-range and close-range confrontations and give full play to her height advantage.4.The key factors for Luo Zongshi's victory in the competition are: first,aggressive and purposeful oppressive attack,which is her way of initiative attack;second,horizontal kick,side kick and undercut to make full use of her superior technical score.The following suggestions are put forward:1.Locke Zongshi takes the remote control as the core Tactical Idea in the future competition,highlights the height superiority,at the same time strengthens the defensive ability and strengthens the back kick,the back horizontal kick and the front-down splitting technology.2.Luo Zong's poems need to strengthen the ability of foreleg technology change,give full play to their advantages of height and leg length,and further strengthen the head-hitting technology.3.Coaches should help Luo Zongshi realize the importance of defensive counter-attack tactics and give further guidance to improve Luo Zongshi's correct use of the tactics.They should understand that defensive counter-attack has an important impact on the results of the competition and make Luo Zongshi pay enough attention to defensive counter-attack tactics.At the same time,the training of side-corner tactics can not be weakened.In the competition,the use of side-corner tactics should be more widely.For winning the competition,the false tactics can confuse the opponent,correctly understand the counterfeit action of the opponent,and strengthen their own false action training in peacetime,making it difficult for the opponent to distinguish,so as to achieve false action.Real effect.In-depth study of competition rules,multi-analysis and research,make full use of the rules to effectively improve the success rate of the game.4.Luo Zongshi should give full play to his own advantages,ensure accuracy and effectiveness in active attack,and make active attack score.At the same time,we should not only ensure that the attack is effective,but also be able to score consecutive attacks to ensure that the effectiveness of consecutive attacks is improved. |
