A Study On The Application Of Techniques And Tactics Of-78 Kg Men's Taekwondo Athlete In The Sports School Group Of The 2nd National Youth Games

Taekwondo is a hand and foot combat event.With the rapid develop ment of Taekwondo in China,many provinces and cities have developed Taekwondo sports,a large number of reserve talents,so that the level of our taekwondo competition has been greatly improved.So far,taekwondo has become China's strength to win gold.But there is still a big gap between taekwondo and world class standards.The Youth Games is one of the large-scale top competitions in our country.The athletes who take part in the Games must be the outstanding ones selected carefully by all provinces and cities.In order to understand the application of taekwondo techniques and tactics in the youth games,the present situation of the application of techniques and tactics and the existing deficiencies are analyzed,perfecting the system of technical and tactical training in Taekwondo Athlete.Therefore,this article takes the 2nd National Youth Games in 2019-78 kg class taekwondo male athletes in the competition technology and tactics for the research object.The data of the semi-final,revival and final of the men's-78 KG Taekwondo class in the 2nd Youth League were analyzed in detail.In the Second National Youth Games Taekwondo Competition,the research used the methods of literature,expert interviews,video analysis,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and labeling analysis in the semi-finals,in the finals and the resurrection.Through the statistical analysis of the game video,the general characteristics and the existing problems of the current tactics of the taekwondo athlete are understood,in order to provide a reference for the training of the youth taekwondo in China.The results are as follows:(1)The Second National Youth Games Taekwondo men-78 KG class athletes in the game leg method as the main scoring technology,with its unique technical structure and scoring characteristics.The technique of cross kick,push kick and down kick are the main techniques of scoring,and the technique of cross kick is the highest.(2)The technique application of Taekwondo male-78 KG class athletes in the 2nd National Youth Games: The technique combination mainly uses the compound technique of the front and back legs,and the cross kick of the back legs mainly uses the leg technique of the second leg;Because of the rule influence,the low position simple concatenation technique utilization rate is lower,the leg method high position change is more,the success rate is higher scores rate is higher.(3)The second National Youth Games Taekwondo men-78 KG class athletes in the competition scoring: 2 points,3 points are the main points in the competition,the skills of horizontal kick are 2 points important scoring skills,an important scoring technique for 3 points,this class of players has an outstanding strength advantage and can react quickly in the game to ensure the scoring effect.The 4-and 5-point technique is a high-difficulty leg method of turning,and it is difficult for athletes to make accurate reaction in a short time,so the use rate and success rate of this kind of scoring technique are low.From the point of view of the game,the back spin kick is an important scoring technique in the high score technique.(4)In the 2nd National Youth Games,taekwondo men's-78 KG class athletes used the following tactics: attack tactics,feint tactics and the use of rules and tactics as the main tactics.In the competition,the athletes took the initiative to attack more,more inclined to use offensive tactics,the use of counter-attack tactics is low because of the reduction of the use area and the negative penalty in the game.
