This thesis takes the teacher's difference behavior based on the teacher's expectation effect as the theoretical starting point.Based on the existing researches at home and abroad,according to the existing intervention projects abroad,collect and organize the typical scenes and problems of localization,so that it can be reasonably applied to reality.The scene,and intervention in a junior high school in Wuhan,achieved good results.Study 1 is an assessment of the status quo and is divided into three steps.The first step is to confirm the existence of teacher differential behavior through the predecessor's research questionnaire and the open questionnaire collecting scene information.The open questionnaire collects relevant scene information under the three dimensions of equality of opportunity,evaluation and feedback,relationship and support,and finds the typical problems in the forefront according to the frequency.The second is to conduct student interviews to understand the students' most direct feelings and confirm the validity and representativeness of these typical scenarios.The third is to conduct teacher interviews,discuss the results of the above research and the students' real feelings with the teacher,understand the general ideas of the teachers,and correct the scene from the teacher.Study 2 is an intervention study.Combine the source of the research scene with the existing teacher expectations and student achievement items in foreign countries,and compile the intervention topics.Through the introduction of explanations,online topic exercises,understanding,consolidation,and offline discussion,15 teachers in a junior high school and a ninth grade in Wuhan were intervened.The teacher's differential behavior questionnaire before and after the student and the teacher's differential behavior questionnaire before and after the teacher were used as the measurement indicators.The correct answer rate of the teacher and the satisfaction of the intervention training were used as direct indicators to verify the effectiveness of the intervention study.Through the literature sorting and real-life scene excavation,the paper introduces the teacher's differential behavior intervention project into the teacher training system.It is conducive to teachers to correctly treat the so-called "poor students",reduce teachers'different behaviors,and achieve fair and quality education.
