Mentor Service Involved In Urban Poor Youth Research On Social Support Systems

As a vulnerable group,the urban poor young people need families and society to give them more support.However,due to the low socioeconomic status of poor families and the lack of educational resources,poor families currently provide insufficient support to young people.So that the self-efficacy of poor young people feels the impact.Lack of emotional companionship during the growth process,lack of academic and professional support,affecting their healthy development.In order to alleviate these pressures brought to the youth by poverty.Promote the healthy growth of urban poor youth.There is a need to improve the social support system for poor young people.Promote the improvement of adolescents' self-efficacy and interpersonal relationship.Information support for young people's academic and professional.This article uses participatory observation and interviews.Research on the involvement of mentor services for poor adolescents.The study found that poor young people have weak social support systems.Moreover,researchers in the past often study the social support system of adolescents in isolation.Lack of integrated research on social support systems for adolescents,lack of organic integration between several support systems.It is not possible to comprehensively summarize the characteristics of the youth social support system.This study has integrated resources for adolescent family systems,peer systems,and community systems,found that poor families,peers,and community support systems can serve as an intervention path.Intervention through the mentor services.Play the role of important others.intermediary support system.Promote the improvement of adolescents' self-efficacy and interpersonal relationship.Information support for young people's academic and professional.Participate in the social support system for poor adolescents through.Mentor services.Being able to actively focus on the positive development of poor youth,provide them much support,alleviating the pressure of poverty,education and employment for young people,promote their active and healthy growth.
