Study On The Influence And Function Of Inter-ethnic Relations Of College Students In Qinghai Province On National Identity

National identity is the spiritual cohesion of social stability and national unity.College students as the hope of the country,the future of the nation,their recognition of the country is related to the future development of the country.It has been found that inter-ethnic relations and group effectiveness among college students are important factors affecting national identity,and harmonious inter-ethnic relations are helpful to the formation and development of college students ' national identity.University is a heavy period for the formation and development of identity,and the national identity of college students is susceptible to the joint influence of members of their group,thus producing certain group characteristics These group characteristics are precisely due to the fact that members are influenced by the group beliefs of the groups to which they belong.Qinghai is located in the western part of China,is a typical multi-ethnic region,college students as the backbone and elite of the members of various nationalities,their identity of the country's beliefs and behavior in their group has a certain degree of guidance.Therefore,it is of practical significance to promote the harmonious development among college students of different nationalities,improve the group effectiveness of college students,and maintain national unity and regional stability in order to effectively improve the state identity of college students.Therefore,this study uses "college students National Identity Questionnaire","college students Inter-ethnic relationship scale" and "Group Energy table" to investigate 2,800 college students in 3 undergraduate and 4 higher vocational colleges in Qinghai,to understand their national identity,inter-ethnic relations,the status quo of group effectiveness,This paper reveals the internal relationship between college students ' inter-ethnic relations and national identity under the background of the new era,explores the new path of the development of college students ' national identity,and provides some theoretical and practical guidance for colleges and universities to strengthen the national identity of college students and promote ethnic exchanges and communication in the future.Based on this,on the basis of previous studies,this paper investigates the inter-ethnic relations and national identity of Qinghai college students by means of interviews and tests,reveals the internalrelationship between college students ' inter-ethnic relations and national identity under the background of the new era,explores the new path of the development of college students ' national identity,and effectively enhances the national identity and To promote ethnic exchanges and exchanges to provide some theoretical and practical guidance.The research shows that:(1)The overall level of national identity of college students is high,and the emotional score is higher than cognition and behavior,the overall situation of college students ' inter-ethnic relations is good,there are generally positive communication tendency and high interpersonal skills,at the same time,the overall level of college students ' group effectiveness is high.(2)There are significant differences in the tendency of interracial communication among college students in gender,nationality,school type,whether or not to hold class cadres(P<0.05);interpersonal skills,in the gender,school type,whether to serve as a student cadre,the political landscape there are significant differences(P<0.05);Group effectiveness in gender,whether to serve as a student cadre,There are significant differences in the political landscape(P<0.05);There are significant differences in national identity in gender,ethnicity,professional type,and political landscape(P<0.05).(3)There is a significant correlation between inter-ethnic communication tendency,interpersonal ability,national identity and Group Effectiveness(P<0.05),and inter-ethnic relations have a certain predictive effect on national identity.(4)Inter-ethnic relations are significantly positive in predicting group effectiveness(?=0.23,p<0.001),and group effectiveness is significantly positive in predicting national identity(?=0.34,p<0.001),suggesting that group effectiveness plays an intermediary role in the relationship between college students ' inter-ethnic relations affecting national identity.
