This paper takes the current senior high school teachers' writing as the research object,combines the actual situation of the first-line teachers' writing and writing teaching,puts forward and analyses the problems,in order to improve the level of teachers' writing and improve the current situation of composition teaching.The main contents of the paper are divided into three parts:The first chapter summarizes the main types and characteristics of Chinese teachers'writing.From the angle of guiding students to accumulate writing materials,we can divide the writing into diary,essays and reading notes.Its purpose is to demonstrate how to accumulate writing materials and enrich the content of the article through multiple channels.From the angle of strengthening students' thinking training,it can be divided into heuristic,outline and fixed-point.The function of this kind of writing is to help students clarify their creative thinking in writing.From the perspective of improving students' language ability,it can be classified into oral,fragmentary and formal,aiming at helping students develop language sense and refine composition language.Chapter two analyses the problems of Chinese teachers' writing in senior high school.At present,there are three main problems in senior high school teachers' model essays:firstly,the content of the article is false and empty,lacking of real feelings,which is manifested in the flat theme,modeled structure and outdated materials;secondly,the thinking is not strict and the logic is confused,which is manifested by the deviation of the discussion from the theme,the contradiction between the views,the disconnection between the arguments and the arguments,and so on;thirdly,the language expression is not standardized,which is manifested in the non-standardized use of words,grammatical errors in sentences,punctuation errors and so on.The causes of these problems are as follows:firstly,the lack of language literacy of teachers themselves;secondly,the teachers are not aware of the importance of demonstrative writing for composition teaching,and the process of writing is more casual;thirdly,because the writing is not included in the teacher evaluation system,teachers lack enthusiasm in writing.Chapter three is the case study of model essays.Excellent model essays has the following common characteristics:in the selection of materials,close to the reality of life,easy to arouse emotional resonance;pay attention to ordinary details,select unique and novel materials,guide students to write personality and new ideas.In terms of conception,students should be guided to keep close to the theme of the article,clarify the context of the article,and pay attention to transition and correlation.In terms of language training,emphasis is laid on word refinement,flexible use of a variety of words,sentence patterns and rhetoric techniques,the article is rich and colorful in language.This paper argues that the importance of teachers' writing has not been fully emphasized in the teaching of high school composition.The question of teachers'demonstrative writing deserves further study.
