Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood.In recent years,the employment structure of Shandong Province has turned to the“three,two,one”model,indicating that the tertiary industry has become the main force of employment.As an important part of the tertiary industry,tourism has entered a period of golden development,and tourism employment problems have also arisen.People's attention,however,whether it is theoretical research or empirical research,there are few deep-seated explorations on tourism and employment issues in Shandong Province.Based on the status quo of tourism employment in Shandong Province,this paper analyzes the results of tourism employment and existing problems,and proposes feasible countermeasures,in order to supplement the tourism employment research field in Shandong Province,and provide suggestions for employment development in Shandong Province from the perspective of tourism employment..Based on the research results and related theories at home and abroad,this paper uses the employment employment index,multiplier index,elasticity index,deviation index and questionnaire survey method to combine the development of tourism employment in Shandong Province to evaluate and analyze:To calculate the number of direct employment in tourism,to calculate the total number of tourism employment and the number of secondary employment in tourism,to study the employment situation of tourism;secondly,to use the multiplier index to measure the absorption capacity of tourism employment;third,to measure the elasticity index and analyze the tourism The employment elasticity is large,indicating that the mobility of tourism and employment personnel is large.Fourthly,the deviation coefficient is calculated,and the results are negative,indicating that the labor force is transferred to the tourism industry.Fifth,through the questionnaire survey method,the Shandong province is more accurately analyzed.The status quo of tourism employment,with a view to propose targeted countermeasures.This paper has the following conclusions:(1)The results of tourism employment in Shandong Province.First,tourism employment demand is expanding,tourism is a comprehensive industry,and other related industries will form an industrial cluster,its development will expand employment demand;second,tourism employment absorption capacity is strong;third,tourism employment threshold is low,benefit Wide range.(2)The following problems exist in tourism employment in Shandong Province.First,the development of tourism in various cities is not balanced.Second,the quality of tourist attractions needs to be improved.Third,the government does not have enough supervision on tourism employment.Fourth,there are management loopholes in tourism enterprises that directly affect the number of tourists employed.Fifth,The mobility of tourism and employment personnel is large,and the transfer and transfer appear to be serious.Sixth,the overall quality of tourism and employment personnel is low.(3)Propose relevant countermeasures based on existing problems.First,coordinating the development of tourism in various cities;second,improving the quality of tourist attractions;third,the government has introduced relevant policies and opinions to encourage tourism and employment;fourth,tourism enterprises need to strengthen their own construction;fifth,improve the quality of tourism and employment personnel.Sixth,enrich the form of tourism employment to meet people's employment needs.
