| Vocational schools dance teaching differs from ordinary senior middle schools and the general school of art,in the curriculum and teaching mode has its own unique characteristics,under a new round of education reform policy,the ministry of education further clarified the objectives of vocational schools and task,after practice teaching effect test,vocational schools dance teaching is entering a new era.Therefore,this study attempts to objectively measure the dance teaching of vocational colleges in Hunan province from the perspective of quantitative evaluation,in order to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of existing teaching activities,and put forward corresponding reform and development strategies based on the evaluation results,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the strengths and avoiding the weaknesses.The specific content of this study is divided into the following five parts:The first part is the introduction of the paper,which describes the background,purpose and significance of the subject,and introduces the research conditions and environment of the author.The second part is chapter "found the problem",this study used survey method,observation method,interview method and other research methods from the teaching environment,teaching resources,teaching level,teaching idea,four aspects of in-depth analysis of the current situation of Hunan secondary vocational colleges and universities dance teaching.The third part is the process of "putting forward questions" in this study,therefore,using quantitative analysis method to establish a quantitative teaching evaluation system to directly evaluate the dance teaching of vocational colleges in Hunan province.The fourth part is the method of "solving problems" in this study.By analyzing the evaluation data,the score of each indicator is interpreted and the score interval is set.According to the low score option,four reform and development strategies are put forward,including establishing a three-dimensional integrated curriculum system of "teaching-study-evaluation",introducing a diversified teaching model,reasonably carrying out post-teacher training and enriching students’internship experience.The fifth part is the summary and prospect.It is not only summarizes all the research results of this study,but also expounds the innovation and deficiency of this study,and points out the direction for further research in the future. |
