In the structure of human tissues,the knee joint is one of the larger joints,and its structure is very complicated.In addition to supporting the human body,it can also guarantee a better relative stretching ability between thigh and calf.On the basis of the structural features of the articular bone,the muscles and soft tissues around the joint,such as ligaments,meniscus,fat pad,and other auxiliary structures,are combined to ensure both reliability and flexibility of the knee joint.From a structural point of view,the two ends of the knee joint are thin and rod shaped,and the muscles are less protective around the joints,and thus are the most vulnerable parts of the movement.Under normal circumstances,there is seldom the phenomenon of endangering the safety of the human body due to knee joint soft tissue injury.From the dominant feature,the damage is not as dangerous as bone injury and massive bleeding,but the possibility of recurrent disease is very high.It is difficult to thoroughly eradicate the pain after a treatment.As a result,athletes and teachers have great physiological and psychological pressure.It is because of this kind of injury that the pain is not so severe and obvious,it is easy to lead to the neglect of the patients.The consequence is that such injuries will gradually develop into chronic diseases,and even lose some function of the knee joint.The more people who participate in sports exercise,the corresponding sports injury cases are also increasing.The knee joint plays an irreplaceable role in a large number of exercise programs,and is also the key part of the load.Therefore,knee injury has also become a high incidence of all kinds of sports injuries.In addition,in the long jump exercise,people are not aware of the mechanism of the knee joint damage,lack of self-protection consciousness,excessive intensity of movement and irregular technical movements,and even occur wrong movements.In addition,it will also be influenced by other external factors.For example,the choice of exercise sites are not suitable,etc.These are the causes of knee injuries in long jump sports.In view of the above problems,in order to reveal the inherent relationship between the long jump and knee joint damage,the maximum reduction of the probability of knee joint injury in long jump exercise is made as follows:(1)On the basis of the actual structure of the knee joint,the function and association of all the components of the knee joint movement are analyzed.At the same time,according to the movement characteristics and the force condition of the knee joint,the causes of tissue injury which are most likely to produce wear and injury are analyzed,especially in the long jump or overload movement of the knee joint.(2)The finite element model of knee joint was established by ANSYS software,and the contact stress of the knee joint under different buckling angles was simulated under the action of human gravity.Two different models were constructed,one considered the cushioning effect of cartilage tissue,and the second did not consider the effect of cartilage tissue.Through the comparison and analysis of the contact stress level and the damage condition of the knee joint platform in these two cases,it was found that the contact stress of the cartilage tissue to slow down the knee joint during the bending process was found.It's a great help.(3)Considering that the athletes are in a relatively intense state of movement,their knees will have a jump impact in the long jump in addition to their own gravity.In order to study the stress level of knee joint during flexion and extension under impact condition,two extreme ground conditions under long jump were simulated.Its ground floor is rigid(hard)sand paving relatively thin ground;second,the ground floor is soft(soft)sand paving relatively thick ground.By studying the stress levels of the knee joint tibial plateau under the two operating conditions,the effect of cartilage tissue and good ground conditions on the injury of the knee joint was found.In conclusion,this paper,in view of the two different situations of the human body in static and dynamic conditions,deeply analyzes the stress status of the various tissues of the knee,clearly illustrates the potential hazards of the injury in the various tissues of the knee joint,and also finds out the prominent role of the soft tissue of the knee joint in reducing the contact stress of the tibia and femur.Pay close attention to the force of knee joint during long jump movement,take long jump exercise for example,when the long jump falls to the ground,the rigid(hard)sand is thin or pure hard environment,or the soft(soft)sand layer is encountered when the long jump falls to the ground,and analyzes its force and damage.Therefore,in the normal nursing process,we should pay attention to the nursing and maintenance of cartilage tissue,prevent the injury of cartilage tissue,especially the recurrent injury,and analyze the possible damage of the knee joint in the long jump movement according to the different environment.
