Long jump is a physique dominated event-group,Velocity and speed strength are important for result.The skill of long-jump contains of running-up,taking off,rising to the sky,falling to the ground.The key to achieve better result is running-up and taking off.But,in long-jump,taking off is the most important skill.Taking up contains landing,buffer of landing,stretching.And lower limbs stretched strength is the most important factor for the ability of taking off.Athletes at this stage to master the technology good or bad,their motor skills are an important symbol of one of the high and low.Take-off action to support the process,including the stage of take-off leg support buffer stage, kicking off his legs stretching stage.The impact of lower extremity strength is the ability to take off fast athletes one of the important factors.Therefore,this study used the middle of Germany POWER PLATE experimental group of four athletes for a period of 8 weeks of the vibration of lower extremity strength training,and the control group using the traditional weight training four athletes were compared.Through lower limb muscle strength testing,load single-leg hop test deep and long jump reflect the special quality of the test to two different means of strength training on the specific impact of the long jump,Discussion on the vibration training athletes long jump take-off leg muscle strength of the effect of the development,and strive to provide more training for the long jump scientific services.Beijing University of Physical Education in the long jump sports special secondary level athletes for the study were divided into experimental and control groups, the experimental group using vibration training,weight training in the use of the control group.According to this study was to test the actual target object' s long jump results in the experimental group after the experimental group score of 6.91±0.03m,in the control group score of 6.72±0.04m(t = 7.203,p <0.01),two significant differences in the performance.The main conclusions of the study:4.1 strength from the data analysis show that:Experimental tests of the flexor group,the relative peak extensor torque,average power,relative power,total work and flexor / extensor strength relative distance(slow) have significantly increased,indicating that the use of Vibration training,take-off leg of the greatest strength of knee muscles,rapid strength and balance have been a relatively significant development.4.2 Single,legs deep test results show that the jump:The most strongly the value of trough and second peak force of the force groups were not significantly different;and deep single leg hurdle jump the total time to reach the most strongly the value of time,buffer time and time stretched leg group were significantly different on the use of vibration training to enable the legs to support the take-off capability,a buffer to speed up the energy to push the energy conversion stretched and shortened the time off will help reduce the rate of loss rate,easy access to long jump performance.4.3 tests,the special qualities of speed and jumping-type category groups were significantly different:P <0.01or P <0.05,the power of the squat-type also were significantly different:P <0.05,note the use of vibration training to enable lower limb The greatest strength of the balance of power and have been co-ordinated development of the sprint speed,jumping far increase,the final long jump of the specific results have been significantly improved.
