Research On The Competitive Situation Of The Aerobic Gymnastics Group Based On The Evolution Of Competition Rules

The International Gymnastics Federation Aerobics Committee stipulated that competitive aerobics is a competition cycle every four years.When the old and new cycles alternate,the competition rules of the new cycle are revised according to the current competition situation.The scoring rules of 2013-2016 change the group of six to the group of five,which gives birth to the Groups.With the rapid development of competitive calisthenics,the detailed scoring mechanism in the scoring rules of 2017-2020 further improves the fairness of the whole set of movements scoring.At the same time,it brings many new challenges in difficult movements,gymnastic content,lifting cooperation and so on.From then on,competitive calisthenics started a new journey.By using the methods of documentation,video analysis,expert interviews and mathematical statistics,this study compares and analyses the scoring rules of 2013-2016 and 2017-2020,understands the requirements of the new rules for competitive aerobics collective events,and takes the top eight teams of the fifteenth Aerobics Gymnastics World Championships as a research sample to clarify the development direction of competitive aerobics in the new cycle.To grasp the current international competition situation,find out the advantages and disadvantages of the complete set of movements,and provide the corresponding theoretical basis for the development and creation of the complete set of movements in the competitive Aerobics Groups project.Through research and analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:1.In order to give full play to the competitive ability of athletes,the 2017-2020 scoring rules will shorten the whole set of time,reduce the number of difficulty specified in the set of Trio and Groups movements in collective events,and allow the absence of difficult movements.The change of the number of difficult movements in each group brings impetus to the development of difficult movements,and the reduction of the number of lifting coordination provides a good opportunity for the high-difficulty lifting coordination.The combination of the constituent movements of the skill movements can be used as a bonus point.2.The new cycle scoring rules further strengthen the requirement of fairness and impartiality of judges,and make detailed scoring standards for gymnastics,lifting cooperation and transition connection in a set of movements.Detailed scoring standards are a great breakthrough in the scoring mode of a set of movements.Clear quantitative scoring content enhances the motive force of healthy development of competitive aerobics projects and speeds up the direction of competitive aerobics projects.“the speed of development in the direction of difficulty and beauty.3.The selection range of difficulty action score of competitive aerobics collective Groups is 0.5-1.0,among which 0.6-0.8 is the most frequently selected difficulty action.The characteristics of high frequency difficulty mainly include easy completion,high score and high ornamental.There is no competitive advantage in calculating the effective difficulty score of the five men.They can only rely on absolute strength to get the effective difficulty score.Therefore,the difficult movements with the highest score of 1.0 all appear in the five men complete sets.4.The number of gymnastic units in the Groups of competitive aerobics is 8-10.The scoring rules of 2017-2020 enhance the complexity and ornamental requirements of gymnastic content.The goal of collective events is to show the diversity and consistency of gymnastic movements,but the unbalanced distribution of gymnastic units will reduce the ornamental effect of complete sets of movements.The compilation of lifting cooperation should have the idea of innovation,clarify the trend and requirements of the project development,avoid the deviation of the interpretation of the scoring rules,and pay more attention to the balanced distribution of the whole lifting cooperation.
