The Empirical Study And Construction Of Tactical Ability Evaluation System Of Excellent Women Volleyball Assistant

With the development of volleyball sport,players on the field tend to become more specialized.In the modern high-level volleyball match,each player on the field has their own duties and division of labor.The corresponding skills and tactics of each position have their own distinct characteristics.The assistant attacker is an indispensable part in the team,and her main tasks in the game are blocking,screening and fast break.As science technology is gradually used in training and competition,it is not difficult for high-level volleyball teams to solve problems discovered in training and competition,instead of finding problems in the team or athletes themselves is more difficult.In the face of most assistant attackers,how to select those assistant attackers who help more match? Only after scientifically evaluation each assistant attacker's ability using skills and tactics,can make the right selection.according to the previous studies,the researches on evaluation of the tactical application ability of assistant attacker are relatively scattered,and the evaluation index is less systematic.Therefore,this study attempts to construct scientific and objective evaluation system for the skills and tactics of excellent women's volleyball team,and uses the evaluation system to accurately judge the advantages and disadvantages of each assistant attacker's skill and tactical ability,so as to provide a theoretical basis for arranging the training tasks for the coaches and dispatching the opponents who can and bring more advantages for the game.This study uses the literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method to carry out the initial drafting and optimization of the index,using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the index,using video observation method and mathematical statistics method to conduct an empirical study of the 12 assistant attackers in the top six balls of the 2018 World Women's Volleyball Championship.The results are as follows:1.This study defines the excellent women's volleyball team as one that can represent the country in international competitions;the ability to use skills and tactics is defined as the comprehensive application of skills and tactics.2.The process of constructing the evaluation system includes: determining the research object,determining the evaluation index,establishing the index system,determining the index weight,establishing the evaluation standard,and completing the evaluation system.3.The content of the excellent women's volleyball team's skill and tactical application ability evaluation system includes: 2 first-level index,6 second-level index and 32 third-level index and the weight of each index.4.Developed an evaluation standard for the skills and tactics of excellent women's volleyball team,including scoring standards and rating standards.5.The evaluation system is designed according to the characteristics of the assistant attacker in the competition.It has a guiding role and can be used as a theoretical guidance for a coach to accurately evaluate assistant attackers.Compared to the scores in the evaluation results horizontally,we can see the difference in the ability of each player to use different skills and tactics.Vertical comparison shows that the skill and tactical ability of a certain player is ranked in the group;the results of ranking evaluation can judge each assistant attacker's level in the group,the evaluation is more euphemistic,which is beneficial to the athletes to accept psychologically.
