To improve students' core literacy in biology was pointed out in the Biology Curriculum Standards for Senior High Schools(2017 Edition)promulgated by the Ministry of Education.Core literacy is gradually developed by students in the process of learning.It is reflected in solving practical problems in real situations.Therefore,the level of core literacy is actually related to students' problem-solving ability,and the key to problem solving is migration.If students show negative migration during migration,it will not only reduce the efficiency of problem solving,but also lead to failure in problem solving.Negative migration reduces the effectiveness and efficiency of students' learning,hinders the improvement of migration ability,is not conducive to the achievement of core literacy,and has an undeniable negative impact on students.Therefore,exploring the causes of students' negative transfer in biology learning and putting forward countermeasures and suggestions to reduce the negative transfer have certain significance for improving students' problem-solving ability and transfer ability,and then achieving the goal of improving students' core quality.In this paper,a total of 514 students in senior one and senior two of a middle school in Deyang were investigated by questionnaire,and the biology teachers in the questionnaire-released classes were interviewed by interview method.The conclusions are as follows:(?)Causes of negative migration in biology learning of senior high school students(1)The causes of negative migration are poor cognitive structure and poor mastery of knowledge,lack of generalization ability and poor summary,improper learning methods and low awareness of autonomous learning,negative thinking set interference with thinking solidification,low metacognitive ability and poor regulation of learning,misguided by misconception and misunderstanding of knowledge,low motivation and lack of confidence and interest in learning at the student level.The causes of negative migration are poor teaching methods and lack of theoretical knowledge,poor teaching attitude and disharmony between teachers and students at the teacher level.(2)Poor cognitive structure is the primary cause of negative transfer of students.(3)Negative emotional attitude has the smallest impact on negative transfer of student.(4)The causes of negative migration are positively correlated with each other.Among them,learning method and metacognitive ability have the greatest correlation(0.62),followed by cognitive structure and generalization ability(0.60),and metacognitive ability and thinking set have the smallest correlation(0.21).(5)There are differences in the causes of negative transfer between different types of students,and there is the greatest difference among different levels students.There is significant difference only in the performance of the cause of cognitive structure(Sig.= 0.00 < 0.01)between different genders students.There are significant differences in the performance of 9 causes of negative migration between students with learning difficulties and the excellent students(Sig.=0.00<0.01).There are significant differences in the performance of the causes of misconception(Sig.=0.01),emotional attitude(Sig.=0.01)and teachers' teaching methods(Sig.=0.02<0.05)between different grades students.(?)Countermeasures and suggestions for reducing negative migration(1)There are paying attention to pre-class preparation,reviewing in time,regular summary and reflection and correcting "Fatima" learning at the student level.(2)There are optimizing students' cognitive structure,paying attention to the cultivation of students' generalization ability;eliminating bad thinking stereotypes,conducting metacognitive training,transforming misconception,improving the emotional attitude of the students to study,mastering the theory of learning transfer and establishing a positive teaching attitude at the teacher level.
