Research On Model Education In Colleges And Universities In The New Era

"The great era calls for the great spirit,and the lofty cause needs the guidance of the example." Since the 18 th National Congress,our party has stood in the historical direction of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and has put forward new and higher requirements for the all-round development of college students.There are ideals,skills,and responsibilities to become the prerequisites for the growth of talents in the new era,to undertake historical missions,and to write chapters of the times.Model education is an important method and effective carrier of ideological and political education,and plays an important role in improving the ideological and moral quality of college students and shaping the sound personality of college students.Therefore,in the new era,it is still necessary to use model education as an important way to lead college students,and use the power of example to inspire college students to strengthen their ideals and convictions,to develop strong skills,to shoulder historical responsibility,and to integrate individual ideals into the cause of the country and the nation.I became the builder of the new era and the realization of the Chinese dream.Under the guidance of Marxist theory,this paper scientifically uses pedagogy,sociology,psychology and other related knowledge to conduct a more in-depth and systematic study of the theme education of colleges and universities in the new era.The basic contents are as follows:In the first part,the introduction mainly explains the background,purpose and significance,main content,difficulties,innovations of this study and so on.The literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method are used to write this paper.The second part summarizes the relevant theories of the model education in the new era.Firstly,it defines the core concepts of the new era,the model and the model education;Secondly,using the Marxist model education theory,Observational Learning theory,and ideological and political education acceptance theory to discuss the theoretical basis of the model education in colleges and universities;again,from the new era,the new requirements and new opportunities brought about by the model education,The necessity of role model education;Finally,the importance of college model education in the new era is discussed from the perspectives of ideological and political education in colleges and universities and personal growth of college students.The third part analyzes the current situation of model education in Colleges and universities in the new era.Through questionnaires and personal interviews,we haveacquired detailed data.After a basic understanding of the current situation of model education in universities,we analyze the existing problems from four aspects: tree selection of University models,publicity of University models,effectiveness of university model education activities and practice of model education.It analyzes its existing problems and focuses on the reasons for its existence from three aspects:society,colleges and individuals.This fourth part explores the countermeasures to strengthen and improve the model education in Colleges and universities in the new era.This chapter puts forward some pertinent countermeasures and suggestions for the problems existing in the model education in Colleges and universities in the new era from the following aspects:scientific selection of University Students' models,improving the propaganda work of model education,innovating the methods of model education,improving the environment of model education for university students and actively constructing the "three in one" model education cooperation mechanism.
