The growth and development of high school students is an important part of individual socialization and social individualization.As an important way to mold individual good moral character,the model education of high school ideology and politics has an indispensable position and role.However,with the acceleration of the process of social modernization and the continuous strengthening of the globalization trend,the interests of stakeholders and values are diversified,the effectiveness of traditional model education is gradually weakening,and the phenomenon of "high input and low output" of model education has become increasingly apparent.Therefore,analyzing the status quo and existing problems in the current model education in high school ideological and political education,and exploring the causes of these problems,and proposing appropriate solutions,have become an urgent task for every high school ideological and political teacher.At present,the research results of education in the study of high school thought and political lesson are more abundant,such as the research on the theoretical basis of education,the research of education history development,the research on the problems existing in education,the research on the relationship between idols and role models,and the research on the effectiveness of education,but few scholars have focused on the concrete practice of model education.For the high school ideological and political teachers,how to apply the example education to specific teaching and carry out the example education practice activity,the leap of theory to practice is the most important.In addition,previous model education research tends to focus the research on the role model,with fewer or even ignoring the imitator on the student side.Therefore,based on the two points as the breakthrough point of the study,use of Bandura's social learning theory,Maslow's hierarchy of needs,and Tao Xingzhi's life education theory,attempts to put forward the model of high school thought political lesson education useful suggestions.This article adopts research methods such as investigation and research,literature research,etc.It mainly discusses the example education of high school ideological and political classes from three aspects:The first part answers the question why we should carry out the model education of high school ideological and political classes,expounds the significance of model education;The second part,through the questionnaire survey,describes the current situation of education in the current high school students' ideological and political class,and analyzes the existing problems and shortcomings of education;The third part,based on the theories of bandura,Maslow and Tao Xingzhi,tries to put forward suggestions to enhance the effectiveness of education.
