Research On Logistics Management System Of Jiangsu Normal University

Logistics management is an important part of the teaching and scientific research of higher education institutions.It plays an irreplaceable role in guaranteeing teachers and students teaching,scientific research,and the basic life of faculty and students.In response to the needs of the development of universities,the logistics management reform of the Jiangsu Normal University has gradually deepened.Since 2000,the Jiangsu Normal University has established a logistics group of the Normal University to simulate enterprise management and is responsible for providing teachers and students with teaching,scientific research,diet,residence,and travel services.;The school logistics management office supervises the management services of the logistics group as Party A.This management system has promoted the vigorous development of school education for a certain period of time.However,with the development of economy,society,the continuous progress of National Education and the improvement of the quality of teachers and students in school,the logistics management system of this kind of enterprise is gradually showing its disadvantages,and it is not suitable for the current development of the school.situation.In this context,there is an urgent need to change the existing logistics management system.Starting from this main research goal,this paper uses the literature analysis method to refer to the research results of the academic circles at home and abroad in the reform of the logistics system and mechanism of colleges and universities,and finds out the problems and shortcomings against the specific situation of the logistics management system and mechanism of the Jiangsu Normal University.In accordance with the principle of "coming to the end of the paper and never knowing that this matter needs to be done",using the rooted theory method and the field survey method,by consulting the Jiangsu Normal University evaluation data and randomly sampling individuals on campus in the Jiangsu Normal University,It adds credence to the problems and shortcomings found through literature analysis.Through horizontal analysis and vertical summary of these issues,the reform of the Jiangsu Normal University logistics management system and mechanisms should start from the following aspects: launching propaganda,encouraging social resources,and third-party investment;Transform the idea,carry out the logistics management socialization theory knowledge training;Updating methods,introducing competition,rewards,and supervision mechanisms;Internal rectification and improvement,decentralization of power at the middle and senior levels.The logistics group is the foundation and guarantee of the school.It is the premise for the smooth development of various affairs in the school.The reform direction and measures proposed can lay the foundation for the logistics group of Jiangsu Normal University to better serve the teachers and students in the school,and also for the Jiangsu Normal University.The sustainable development provides backup support.
