With the development of society, the continuous improvement of infrastructure andThe improvement of the standard of the teacher and students living, This will havehigher requirements for the university logistics management service level. In order toimprove the university logistics management level of service, better for the service of allteachers and students,I research and combed the university logistics managementbusiness process and finish requirement specification, And on this basis to finishlogistics management system. This system can greatly reduce the workload of universitylogistics management personnel and improve the service level, realize the logisticsmanagement automation.This university logistics management system using the latest Flex and Javatechnology for dynamic graphic design, page with rich content, greatly improving theuser’s visual effect;At the same time we using Flex technical superiority to the samecode for modular design, which not only improves the development efficiency, but alsoreduce the system maintenance cost, and greatly improve the system’s value in use. Inorder to make the university logistics management system can be services for thecollege teachers and students, in the early stage of the design, I make a large number ofuser survey, requirement analysis and business process, thus ensuring system functiongood enough to meet the actual business of end user.This university logisticsmanagement system have seven modules, and they are vehicle managementmodule,dormitory management module,restaurant management module,assetsmanagement module,campus environment management module and capital constructionmanagement module.I put forward the overall design framework of the university logistics managementsystem, and makes a detailed instruction for the typical module. this paper is dividedinto six chapters:Chapter1mainly introduces the logistics management present situation and thebackground, outline the specific content of the university logistics management systemand predict the future development trend of logistics management system. Chapter2introduce foundation knowledge of Flex and Java. And introduce thesystem design framework, discusses in detail the Flex and Java technology advantage.Chapter3introduce system design and function structure of the universitylogistics management system, includes system general framework, vehicle management,asset management, dormitory management and so on.Chapter4mainly introduced the university logistics management system functionstructure module, Detailed explanation the typical child module university logisticsmanagement system.Chapter5describe the logistics management system realization structure, Realizeits specific function using Flex and Java, Including the implementation scheme and themain module code realization.Chapter6The evaluation of university logistics management system, makes adetailed explained for the advantages and disadvantages, and puts forward the futuredevelopment direction.Based on this research, the logistics management system will be in the practicalapplication of get very big development, and improve the university logisticsmanagement efficiency, improve the country’s education teaching quality.
