In 2000,the BBS was held in Beijing, which marked the normalization of China-Africa cooperation.Since then, exchanges and cooperation between China and African countries have become increasingly common and diversified, including economic and trade cooperation and study abroad. With its unique geographical advantages and huge manufacturing industry chain,Guangzhou attracts a large number of Africans to do business here. The number of African businessmen in Guangzhou is increasing day by day."Family mobility",a special cross-border mobility between China and Africa, has created a large number of "transnational migrant children",including "non-second-generation" teenagers in Guangzhou, who born in Africa or Guangzhou and living in Guangzhou for a long time. This paper focuses on the intergroup relationship between "non-second-generation" youth in Guangzhou and local youth.Through a questionnaire survey on the intergroup attitudes of local residents(college students in this community)towards African people in Guangzhou,it is found that the positive attitude prevails.Eight local teenagers were interviewed, and it was found that local teenagers had a high willingness to interact with African groups, but few interactions actually took place, and they lacked knowledge of African groups and occasions for intergroup contact. We conducted individual and semi-structured in-depth interviews with 10 African teenagers who were born in Africa or China and lived in China(Guangzhou)for a long time.In terms of inter-group relations, they are faced with the challenges of limited identities, cultural differences, fragile social support networks and dealing with problems can only be "peace is the most precious".This paperanalyzes the reasons and finds that the three important reasons are the phenomenon of ethnic enclaves, the individual's "traveler's mentality" and the government's "local standard" policy.Aimed at the intergroup relationship of "non-second generation" adolescents in Guangzhou, according to the theory of intergroup contact from direct intergroup interaction(improving self-determination,close social distance,self-expansion motive, eliminate stereotypes)and indirect increases intergroup cognitive(promote identity cultivate cosmopolitan,to spread positive social consensus)summarizes the two aspects of foreigners in Yuexiu district of special social work services, social work services is verified in intergroup contact(control variable)under the best conditions,to promote the intergroup contact factors and changing factors hindering intergroup contact,to increase the intergroup contact(independent variables),Eventually, the idea of improving intergroup relations(the dependent variable)will be achieved. On the basis of summarizing the services provided by the center and the services still needed to be provided, the author finally looks into the future and puts forward some suggestions on social work services, social governance and social policies, which are beneficial to the healthy growth of "non-second generation" adolescents in Guangzhou.
