Guangdong University Teachers Occupational Health And Safety Management System(OHSMS)construction Research

College teachers play an important role in cultivating outstanding talents,promoting technological innovation,and promoting economicdevelopment.In China,colleges and universities attach great importance to the education,teaching level and scientific research results of teachers,ignoring the occupational health of teachers.Since 2005,with the growing occupational health problems of college teachers,some universities in economically developed regions have begun to study and try the OHSMS,such as the “Teacher Care Program” of Tsinghua University.However,to date,there is no relevant system in the Pearl River Delta region.Therefore,it is of great significance to construct an occupational health and safety management system for college teachers in Guangdong Province.This system not only provides a set of scientific and systematic management tools for college administrators,but also provides positive suggestions and science for the occupational health maintenance and promotion of college teachers.Based on the development status and basic theoretical research of occupational health and safety management system at home and abroad,this paper combines the principle of empirical analysis and theoretical analysis to analyze the physical test scores of 643 college teachers in Guangdong Province and 184 college teachers.The occupational health awareness data found their occupational health status,identified their occupational health risk sources,quantified the occupational health risk source weights,and constructed the occupational health and safety management system of college teachers in Guangdong Province,and reached the following main conclusions:1.The occupational health and safety management system of college teachers in Guangdong Province is divided into two parts: occupational health awareness and physical health.2.The overall level of occupational health awareness of college teachers in Guangdong Province is good,but the understanding of sports is poor.Their health awareness risks are three dimensions of health cognition,health emotions and healthy will.Among them,the risk sources(weights)are ranked from high to low: healthy will(weight)> health cognition(weight)> healthy emotion(Weights).3.After a round of health awareness tests,the questionnaire retains 17 valid entries.4.The physique health level of college teachers in Guangdong Province is relatively poor.Compared with ordinary citizens,the overall level of physical fitness,excellent rate,and good rate are lower than ordinary nationals,and the rate of disqualification is higher than that of ordinary citizens.5.Teachers of different genders in Guangdong Province have different sources of physical health risks at different ages.The health risks of 24-39-year-old male college teachers are: body composition(height and weight items),muscle strength(grip strength item),muscle endurance(push-up project),and risk source(weight)are ranked as: muscular endurance(weight)> Muscle strength(weight)> Body composition(weight);24-39-year-old female college teachers' physical health risk sources are: cardiopulmonary function(spirometry project),neurological fitness(closed eye one-legged standing project),muscle endurance(1 minute supine)Sit up),the risk sources(weights)are sorted as: muscle endurance(weight)> balance quality(weight)> cardiopulmonary fitness(weight).The source of physique health risks for male college teachers aged 40-59 in Guangdong Province is: muscle strength(grip strength project);40-59 female college teachers have no risk sources.6.Based on the above research findings,establish the application software of occupational health and safety management for college teachers in Guangdong Province,improve the level of occupational health management in colleges and universities,and promote the sustainable development of higher teachers.
